Bright and pretty, and not overly thick

I really like the bright, pretty colors and the patchwork look. It's perfect for my spare bedroom. It is a bit thin (not thick like a comforter but thin like a handmade quilt) so don't expect it to be very hot. Since we live in the South, it's actually perfect. For those few cooler days we get here, just throw another blanket on top. Otherwise, this is going to be perfect in the Spring, Summer and Fall, but maybe just a bit too thin for the only cover in the Winter. Since it's so bright and "Spring-y", most people won't be using this color for their Winter bedding, anyway. Overall, I love it! It's thin enough that the King size washes easily in my large washing machine (not commercial sized), and dries quickly. It has held up well to multiple washings, and I don't see any sign of fading in the pretty colors. Get this quilt! I don't think you'll regret it. I'm very happy with it.

Colorful, Convenient, but....

' ***FAIR and OPEN DISCLOSURE*** [this is a personal review of a product received free of charge as part of my participation in the "Amazon Vine" program: this fact has in no way influenced my evaluation of this product, nor have I been influenced or coerced by either the manufacturers, marketers, promoters, etc. of the product in question to ascribe to it anything other than my own honest and unbiased opinions] ___________ The obvious things about this quilt blanket are readily obvious: its bright pretty colors & design patterns, which come complete with matching pillow cases partially made of the same material, and it has a nice soft feel. However, one needs to be prepared for the fact that this bed cover is going to serve best more for "aesthetics" rather than performance, as the item is very thin with barely anything that might be called padding: this makes it lightweight and easily manageable, but it also means that it's going to have limitations in its warmth retention effectiveness -- which would be great as a "Seasonal-Transition" comfort cover, but as a warmth provider for colder weather, unless you're among those with a higher tolerance level for chillier conditions, you're either going to want to supplement this with additional warming blankets or just switch it out altogether for something designed more for that purpose. ~ "Ace-of-Stars" ~

Comfortable, affordable, warm...great quilt.

This is a lovely and warm quilt. When it first arrived it was thinner than I expected, so I was concerned that it wouldn't hold heat...I was wrong. It's very good at holding in heat so being cold is not even an option. It's very comfortable and just a very nice quilt. I don't have anything negative to say about it. It's easy to wash and dry and I had no problems with either of those machines interacting with this quilt. Overall, this quilt is affordable, pretty, and comfortable...I have already recommended it to my family.

Perfect

I thought I had previously reviewed this so I apologize for the delay. I LOVE this quilt and shams. It looks great. It is quilted on both sides, it’s light weight and very attractive. I was surprised when I received it because it looks better in hand than it does in pictures. It washed great. It feels heavy coming out of the washer but drys rather quickly. I am very pleased and grateful to have this quilt. I don’t think you can beat the price for this quality.

Bright and cheerful

I replaced my dull fall quilt with this one to brighten the room. Very soft and lightweight; easier to layer my blankets on without feeling trapped under heavy bedding. The only take away is that it's not very wide and only covers the top mattress. A dust ruffle fixed that for me

Very pretty!

This is such a pretty pattern with pretty colors. It is really light weight, easy to wash and dry, is made of good material and has held up to many washes and dries. I think this was a great value for the quality as it has been washed many times, colors still bright.
