Love this bathroom accessory

I’m very happy with this purchase and can recommend. I have mixed metals in my bathroom and this brass gold is perfectly matched to the vanity pulls and lights.

Symmons products are high quality, however the install hardware is lacking.

Symmons products are high quality, however the install hardware is lacking. 2 stars for install: The "toggle and toggle tool"... is this a joke? Pushing the toggle tool into the toggle as per instructions results in a broken toggle. In my opinion typical mounting hardware is better.

Hard to keep towel centered

It’s pretty and easy to install, but would be a lot better if the end of the ring came up higher. Even when I’m pulling the towel very carefully, half of the towel slides off to the side. I guess if you have the towel ring hanging facing you it won’t be a problem, but otherwise kind of annoying

The part that holds the towel tend to get loose. No way to tighten it..

Beautiful modern hardware
