Sturdy, heavy duty garage floor mat to protect against dripping from my golf cart.

The item was very deceiving in the picture. I thought the product was a sturdy 5' X 10' garage mat used to protect the floor from any acid or water leaks from a golf cart. Basically the item is a flimsy floor mat that will move if you drive over it. I was looking for a heavy duty floor mat to cover the garage floor. This item does not meet my needs.

Golf Cart Parking Pad

Works great. Exactly as stated. I taped it down with Blue Painters tape and just drive on and off it daily. May buy a couple more for other areas.

Has to be weighed down!!!!

The mat may be ok but it does not stay down it fold itself in the wind. I have it outside in a carport and have to unfold it each and every time I park on it. I have put a large piece of plywood on top of the mat in order to protect the floor. I do NOT recommend this product if you are going to use it outside

Protect your concrete floor

It appears that this will protect my floor. I parked my cart in a new area for the winter and guessed that if I didn't charge it or use it my floors would be safe. Not so much. Everyone with an electric cart should have one of these, hopefully before floor damage starts. It was also delivered in a timely fashion and good condition.

Golf cart garage mat

It is the right size and does protect the floor, the only complaint is it is so thin that I have to use some weight on the corners to keep the thing from blowing away when I open the garage door to get my cart out.

Great product!

Sturdy enough and easy to install. Just used Gorilla Mounting Tape to secure each corner to the garage floor. The mat backing should stop any battery acid drips. Great product!

You need this if you have batteries in your golf cart that need to be topped off with water

Silly me. I was putting water into my golf cart batteries and accidentally dropping some water (mixed with mild battery acid) on the floor. Guess what, it ate through concrete and when I wiped the "water" with a towel, it burned though the towel. I knew it was mild acid but I didn't expect it would eat my garage floor. Now I am more careful but also more confident that it won't happen again. Plus it keeps the wheel tracks from leaving any tire tracks in my garage.

Matt not as thick as I thought it would be

Not bad for the money but thought it would be thicker. It’s pretty thin but still does the job of protecting the floor.
