Generic thin hoodie sized too small

This hoodie is a bit thin and on the small side. It says 12 but barely fit my (already small) 8 yo. Definitely not worth the full price listed-grateful I got it for 80% off.

Too small

My son is a petite size 12 like he wears 8/9 shirts but I buy 12 in pants n shirts but this 12 is super small the arms cut off before the wrist n the waist is at his belly button like really??? He’s 45lbs n 10 yrs old bout 4ft 8in.
