Pretty good
Good absorbency and is relatively comfortable to wear. It feels a bit bulky at times, but that's sort of a given with the pads.

Sized larger than expected. Works as expected, though not for full incontinence.
These ship in a discrete cardboard box with no indications inside - important for the privacy of whomever needs them. While they're more stylish than say, your traditional adult diaper, they're not stylish. They're made of a black meshy material that, according to my elder, is comfortable enough and just feels like they're wearing a bulky pad. They will not protect against full incontinence though, but can help with serious spurts, gushes and leaks while allowing one to maintain a semblance of normalcy and dignity. If there's a full on bladder rush though, there's not enough absorbent material to quickly catch it all before it leaks. The fabric is oversized. They're more like a 2x than an XL. They're stretchy and might even be able to fit larger than a 2x.

Fancy incontinence panties
These are well made and comfortable for incontinence panties. They have a bit of a fancy frill about them. Who says incontinence has to be boring? You can still feel feminine! Due to the frill these may be noticeable under things like fitted linen pants and the like. The absorbency seems to be legit. They may feel a little bulky while sitting. No leakage noticed.

very absorbent
This incontinence bladder control underwear is super absorbent. They also work well at disposable period panties. The material is thin, but a little scratchy feeling and the padding is a bit thick for absorbency. These are discreet and easy to use. The sizing is perfect and fits well. I would recommend these for incontinence or periods.

Very Impressed
As a paraplegic, I tend to have incontinence issues that can vary from mild-to-moderate. Due to the shape of my body, I've tried everything from mild pads to incontinence underwear to full briefs. I'm also not hesitant to try products designed for men, women, and those that identify as unisex. Quite honestly, whatever works is what I buy. I'd always been intrigued by TENA, however, I'd never tried them. I'd heard good things about them and I have to say they lived up to the hype for me. This is a pack of 28, technically 2 bags of 14, Incontinence Bladder Control Underwear. The sizing was XL and they are considered maximum absorbency. These are specifically noted as designed for women - they are black, somewhat stylish, surprisingly flexible without compromising durability, and they do have a slight "frill" to them to add a feminine touch. I typically wear an XL brief and these fit fairly well - perhaps a bit loose, however, they are definitely form fitting even with my body that also has scoliosis and other issues. I found it fairly easy to put these on and have been very pleased that every pair I've worn has not ripped even a little bit when I put them on. The fabric is definitely strong. The black is a nice color. Yes, it leans toward the feminine but it's stylish and comfortable. These are noted as offering odor control and moisture protection - I'd say this is true, though it's again important to note that these are really designed for mild-to-moderate bladder control issues. This is a cotton-like fabric that is more like underwear than most incontinence underwear I've tried. I was surprised and impressed. Overall, I am very impressed. I would easily order these again and consider them both high quality and a pretty good value product. The absorbency has been solid, the odor control better than I expected, and they've genuinely worked as advertised with an appearance that makes them one of the most underwear-like incontinence products I've experienced. I definitely recommend.

Soft and Stretchy Non-Woven Fabric, Inner Max-Absorb Pad Feels Somewhat Noticeable, Helpful
I find these TENA Stylish black incontinence bladder control underwear for women, (maximum absorbency, xl, 28 ct) slightly more comfortable than another well-known brand that I’ve tried in that the built-in pad isn’t overly wide. The front and back are more readily distinguishable with a cut more like regular underwear, although I personally would prefer a bit more material in the back. The non-woven material stretches well and feels soft to the skin. This maximum absorbency formula pad inside does feel more noticeable than when compared to regular absorbency, such as when sitting down. The black color is nice and for incontinence underwear isn’t depressing. These come in handy if one is sick with a weak bladder and coughing a lot as well as aiding those with general incontinence issues. Thanks for reading.

They fit big
I recommend sizing down in these. They fit more like a 2X than a XL would and they end up loose where it matters.
