Most comfortable work boot.
As long as you have the proper size, this is the most comfortable work boots I have ever worn. Been buying them for 6 years now. Boots last 1-2 years (heavy/long work hours).

Terrible Quality for the money
The quality of these boots is Awful. The insoles wear very quickly, and the back of the boot where your heel slides in quickly wears and rips, exposing the plastic inside. I do not recommend.

So far, so good.
These boots couldn't have come at a more perfect time. I was just about to leave for school, and I was dreading putting on my old boots. I didn't have to though because my new ones were waiting for me on the steps. I guess what you can take away from what I just wrote is that the company delivers fairly quickly. This is my first day wearing them, so I can not comment on the durability of the boot. I can however give information on the comfort. When I first donned my boots, the lip or something was pressing against my leg. I was a bit worried at first, but I had no problems throughout the day. The shoe is very comfortable and easy to take off. My toes don't hurt either, so that's great. I did not fill out the information about the toe box, true width and all that other stuff because I don't know enough to give the correct information. What I can do I tell you about myself. I am a female. Let me just lay that out on the table. I went for men's shoes because there are no steel toes for women in a 10.5. I would consider my feet slender, and I feel the the boots aren't too wide or too narrow. I believe that's about it. I will update my review if I find any issues with the boots later on. BYEEEEEEE.

Good boot, just not wide enough
There is now a pattern with Timberland boots for me. They never are wide enough. I've tried several pars, different boots, yet none including these are wide enough up front in the toe region. I really wish these would fit, Timberland seems to make good boots - they just they don't fit me. If you have wide feet try the cat boots, they fit me so much better than any timberland boot.

Been wearing Timberlands every day for about 10yrs now and couldn't be happier.
I have worked in a refinery now for 15yrs and being on my feet all day is part of the job.. When I first started years ago, I would go through boots left and right. I tried brand names that people swore by and off brand boots as well; but nothing really seemed to hold up for the long run. So kept cycling through all the boot makers until I came to Timberland.. I tried them on and they fit just as they should. Not too big and not too small.. it was just right for my wide foot ( I ordered 13 wide ). So I ended up buying them and ended up going through a years time and they were just as good as when I bought them, minus the oil stains and marks from the refinery. I ended up wearing a pair for 2 yrs before I replaced them.. even then I kept them as my back ups incase my others got when while at work. I get a boot allowance every year from my company, but with these boots I really don't need to get them. I've worn Timberland brand boots now about 10yrs and couldn't be happier with the quality you get from these boots and esp at such a good price.. there are so many more expensive brand boots out there they don't rate half as well with me as well as these do. One of the best things I like about these boots, is the rubber that wraps all the way around the whole entire boot. Not only does this provide a stronger support, but it also protects my feet from spilled oils and other materials in the refinery. You really won't find a better pair of boots around, and deff. not at a cost that matches Timberland.

Decent
Overall, these are nice boots. I am on my feet over 12 hours a day on concrete and metal. My last boots were Timberlands and I really liked them but I go through boots like candy due to the chemical in our coolant (work as a machinist) eats away rubber and leather. I liked those a lot so I decided to try another variation and what caught my eye was the rubber coating around these boots. I know that will probably get eaten away, but I am expecting that. But what I like about it is that it wraps around the whole boot and even into the tongue which will help keep any oil/coolant spills out from inside the boot and any excess metal shavings. My last pair of boots I did not have to break in, they were so comfortable out of the box. I wore these last night and only after 4 hours my feet were killing me. A lot of reviews stated that these were comfy out of the box but for me it wasn't the case. Not a big deal. Regardless I always expect the first couple days to be stiff on boots until they soften up with use. The biggest disappointment was how hard the soles are. It kind of feels like I'm walking on rock. Some Dr. Scholls might help with that until they wear in.

Typical Timberland Quality
I bought these to do some landscaping and regular mowing. I wanted something that could get wet, these get soaking wet on the outside and are as dry as the Sahara on the inside. Very comfortable, found it pinched a little on one boot near the ankle, but that's now subsided. Just a bit of break in required. Composite cap is exceptional dropped a 30kg crow bar on it and felt nothing. 100% would buy again, so comfy and does an exceptional job for everything I need.
