Sizing Similar to Children's Place

Even though I only needed 1, I ordered 5 of these shirts in different sizes for my daughters uniform because didn't know how the sizing would be. The women's shirt in small fits her perfect. She's a size 16 in children's place. Its not too long and its perfect for the chest area.
