Waist is not "slim fit"
These fit my skinny son as expected on the butt and thighs, but NOT on the waist. There is are two elastic flex buttons on the inside of the waist band, which my son hates because he can feel those buttons digging into his waist. We used loop #6 on each side for the inside buttons and the waist was STILL too big! Additionally, the fabric was stiff and uncomfortable, as others have stated.
