Truly Wrinkle Free From The Dryer

Most interesting shirt I've ever seen

I ordered a blue ("Riviera blue" in Van Heusen's terms), and received a shirt in a blue-and-white square tiling pattern, like a gingham with larger squares. TOTALLY my fault, if you blow up the picture about 200% you can see the pattern on the fabric of the shirt. Not the seller's fault, I should have been more attentive. That aside, what a WONDERFUL shirt I received! The shirt wasn't just folded for shipping, it was actually stitched to that form that looks so nice, holding the promise of a new shirt. Once I figured how to unfold it, and cut the stitches, the first thing I noticed was that it was buttoned from collar to bottom (except where the buttons were missing). Eight buttonholes down the front, with 6 buttons (but they were nice enough to provide an extra cuff button in case one of those is ever lost. I've never seen anything like it! This is really a quality shirt! The sleeves are within 2" of being the same length, and uniquely, the shirt is wider at the waist than at the shoulders! I could never hope to find another shirt as uniquely cut and assembled, with the fine attention to detail and quality control. This is such a wonderful shirt I will probably never purchase another from Van Heusen because surely it couldn't measure up to this one! I recommend to everyone that they buy a shirt from Van Heusen so they can enjoy their own fine (hopefully) one-of-a-kind shirt! I can't wait to show mine off on Facebook!

Good for business casual

The shirt is a little more like flanel than a dress shirt. I would use in a business casual environment.

Great quality, but watch the sizes, they're American fit, not Canadian

I ordered this, and two other shirts, and they all arrived. I bought 3xl large, not tall. Well, I swam in them. Sleeves were too long, shoulders too big, etc. So, I had to return the three, and buy 2xl (in Canada, I am a 3xl bordering on 4xl). So my advice to you men...buy a size down. But in saying that, these shirts are really wrinkle resistant, look decent, fit fairly well (sleeves are an issue, but they always are, so I don't fault the brand), and they feel so damned good on, not one sweaty neck in sight. If you spend too much time at the buffet table (or in my case, over a grill in the backyard), and aren't twelve feet tall, these are the shirts for you. Love mine, absolutely love them.
