Too much memory foam

I liked these shoes but as I stood in them longer the foam compressed a lot and the heel surround got higher until it rubbed uncomfortably on sides and back of my ankles.

ECCO Women’s Biom 2.0 Breathru Cross

Have purchased Ecco sneakers before and have loved it but this was uncomfortable to wear. Had to return it.

Ecco makes excellent shoes. These are a great example of that, but I was sent a pair someone already used.

Comfort and comfort

I wore this shoe as my main walking shoe on a 24 day cruise, train and fly trip thru Europe, including the tulips in the Netherlands' (lots of walking). I fractured a bone in my foot part way through the trip and I could cinch the ties so that the fractured bone didn't separate. I think they look good as well as being supportive and comfortable, i could not have ask for better.
