Beautiful but has Flaws

OK starting off this comforter is beautiful! It also is super cozy & soft. It’s like sleeping under a cloud. The problem is that this thing is IMPOSSIBLE to wash. It’s too big to really move around in the washer or dryer. So with that being said washing it just wrinkles it & it will just burn in the dryer. Yes you read that right: it will burn. To be fair the label says don’t put it in a regular dryer as the comforter won’t be able to tumble & move around. I still decided to test my luck & I put it in the dryer on low delicate heat for just a few minutes & I ended up burning a crispy spot on the comforter. Also another thing watch out for is that the waffle knit material likes to snag very easily. I really like the comforter but it’s really annoying that you can’t wash or dry it at home.

Love it!!

I was so afraid this would snag easily. I am here to tell you that it doesn’t. Washes and line dries easily. Soft and comfortable. Would buy again if anything ever happens to this one.

Accurate product descrioption

Ok, here goes. Please bear on mind reviews are a matter of perspective. That said, each person looks and expects something different. When perusing reviews if the same theme repeats there is cause for concern, if not, look for things that are of interest to you (i.e. softness, color, durability, etc.) and make your judgement based solely on those things. I, too, like many others who usually do not post reviews, but had to do so with this product. I am EXTREMELY picky. I wanted the look and feel of hotel bedding. I have finally achieved it with this comforter. Right out of the package it was crisp white and lightweight enough to use year round. Also, after a few days on the bed the wrinkles decreased significantly. I have not washed it yet, but will probably have it dry cleaned.

White is actually ivory

Loved this initially but after taking it out of the bag I realized its ivory, not white. Almost a beige color. Had to return bc I needed bright white.

To warm for hot climates

This comforter was simply too hot to sleep under in south Florida! Although it is made of cotton which is supposed to be the most breathable type of material it simply did not work. Comforter is beautiful and very soft but if you’re buying it in a warmer climate I do not recommend! This comforter was definitely designed for a colder region. It really is a beautiful comforter and I was torn but I had to return it or be stuck with a comforter that would only wake me up with night sweats every single night.

LOVE THIS BEDDING!!!

The quality is amazing! So cozy! Not to heavy and hot and not too light!! It is perfect! Washes great in the wash machine and dryer! Highly recommend!

Yes and No

Had I received a new one, it would have been perfect. I saw this at Home Goods for $120 but when I went back, it was gone. Guess i’ll wait and hope Home Goods gets it back…. way better deal and don’t have to risk getting a new one. BUT it is exactly what i’m looking for..

Not as advertised

This cover was not gray as advertised. It was beige at best. Had to go through the hassle of a return. Although the return was easy it was still a pain to get a comforter that was not the colour it was advertised for

Beautiful duvet cover

I would have given 5 stars but after a few months my son washed it and the amount of lint that came off of it was significant. The cover pulls very easily as well. Don't know what the solution would be. Washed on bedding setting, maybe gentle cycle but instructions didn't say. Hung it to dry so not sure about the pulls?

Perfect

We wanted a really nice duvet cover that wasn't going to fall apart after a few washes so we decided to take a chance on this and it's fantastic. The color is nice and hasn't faded after 4 or 5 washes it's holding up well to a dog and it looks great

Stained

Was looking forward to using it but it came with a stain on it. Obviously it had been used and repackaged. Really disappointed After trying to wash it, it became crispy and really wrinkled.

Very soft and comfortable

Love this duvet, it washed really well, very soft. Placed in washer on cold, then dryer on gentle low temp. Removed promptly from dryer and laid it flat until completely dry, or it will wrinkle! Only complaint, no middle ties only corner and buttons at the bottom. Love it.
