Tight toe box and loose heel

Gorgeous shoes to look at but that's where it stops. For a well known brand name Vince Camuto, I was expecting much better quality and for what I paid. The toe box is very flat and tight and i don't have fat feet. Then the heel just slips out. I couldn't walk in them. There was no hesitation putting them immediately back into the box to return. I was so disappointed.
