The Good, the Bad and the ugly

The hull is great. The picture on which you will assemble it - NO!!!! he picture is about 4 x 6 inches and has numbers on the hull but no corresponding rigging or sail numbers. his is guess work. Rubic's Cube time but do-able. The problem is - nice ship at at a high price (assemble) in a store, or ordering this and dealing with a good ship at a good price that (might) drive you a little nuts. Mine was assembled (sometimes re-assembed ) to finish it. Good, Bad, and Ugly.

Quality J-Boat Replica, Excellent Customer Service !

This is a very nice, highly-detailed, replica of the legendary America's Cup J-Boat, "Enterprise." As a lifelong, avid sailor who races in regattas, I have learned it pays to accord proper attention to details -- both big and small. I had a couple of minor issues with the J-Boat replica, which the seller -- Handcrafted Nautical Decor/Handcrafted Model Ships -- immediately resolved! This is a very reputable company that stands behind their high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction. Highly-recommended !!!

Nice sailboat but requires some patient assmebly

Very nice sail boat model, which does require some patient assembly, and it woudl help to have some knowledge of sailing & rigging because the diagram for the lines is not too clear.

Beautiful Sail Boat Model

This model is absolutely beautiful and is proudly displayed on our mantel. The instructions for the rigging were fairly straightforward. You should definitely take your time and follow the numerical sequencing that they provide. We will definitely enjoy this for years to come!

This sailboat is a great quality, and it is very pretty. However, it was difficult to assemble the sails, mainly because the directions were difficult to follow.

Quality of build. Slapped together.

No excuse for the build quality unless a 5 year old put this together. Because the box, while it rattled, was not damaged, I must believe this boat was put in the box broken since it was difficult to hold together when gluing. No way would it have looked unbroken by the person boxing this for mailing. I would not buy this brand or from this seller again.

Nice boat.

The directions are a little lack luster for someone who’s never been on a sail boat. Other than that, it arrived on time and was a well received gift.
