If you like variety (I do!) this one is great by itself or as a warm-up or in combination. BUT . . . here's the trick . . . I use my Magic Wand with a $10 lamp dimmer switch likeLutron TT-300NLH-WH Credenza Lamp Dimmer White that transforms the 2-speed Magic Wand into a variable speed aid that can be finely adjusted to my mood of the moment. I learned about the dimmer switch from other reviewers and - boy howdy let me tell you it makes a HUGE difference. All the power of the Magic Wand, but at any speed that feels good. Especially with the Flutter attachment, lower and adjustable speeds transform it into a very sensual tool. It just dawned on me that some reviewers who love an attachment may be using it with a dimmer switch, but don't think to mention that. Similarly, those who are disappointed with an attachment may not have a dimmer switch and thus haven't experienced the attachment under optimum conditions. Anyway, WITH the dimmer, the Flutter attachment continues to pleasure me after a year. For this solo senior woman, the Flutter is a keeper. A girl's gotta have more than one joy toy. :-) Update - a year+ later - on 7/11/15. I lowered star rating from 5 to 4 because the attachment lost it snug fit on the head of Magic Wand. I now use kleenex or wipes to create a snug fit. Wish it had retained its tight grip.

First, I had a little trouble imagining how this works until I saw the youtube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3CFI6UXhuE Anyway, we recently bought a Hitachi Magic Wand to replace a Pollenex massager that gave us 25 years of pleasurable service. My wife was very sad when it died... it was literally the oldest appliance that we had, and was used quite often- at least 3-4 times per week. We tried three other brands of massagers to replace the Pollenex, but none of them were as good as the Magic Wand, including another Pollenex. The only thing that was missing from the Magic Wand was a built-in variable speed control, so we added a "router speed controller" to fix that. After adding variable speed control, my wife finally said that the Magic Wand was much better than her beloved Pollenex. But, when we added this attachment.. Wow, this is "da bomb!" While there are many attachments for the Magic Wand that are designed to be inserted inside you, not all ladies enjoy those kinds of attachments. This attachment can be used "flat" against your pelvic area, or inserted in your slit against your clit like a key in a keyslot. Either way, it is great for foreplay and will get you to your toe-curling "happy place" in a hurry-- well worth the low price of around $13.00. Another bonus for parents is that it doesn't look like a sex toy... if you have inquisitive toddlers or children who like exploring, you won't have to explain to them why you've got a vibrating toy rocket hidden in your dresser drawer :) you don't want them exploring and finding something like that when you have company! One reviewer didn't like it, and said they use it to open jars... so I guess you could tell your kids its a jar opener, if they ask. It also feels good anywhere else on the body... Oh, it should fit other brands of wand massagers besides the Magic Wand.

Nice, but…
It doesn’t fit most wands. Do yourself a favor and double check ahead of time. You can use something like a sock to help keep it nice and snug though, which did work.

Wonderful Silicone Attachment
Silicone is one of the best materials you can get for a sex toy. It's easy to clean, warms up to your body temperature, and is non porous. But remember, do not use silicone lubricant with silicone toys as it will break down the toy. Water based lubricant is your safest bet. Onto the review for the attachment itself, it's one of my favorites for a quick session from clitoral stimulation. The fact that the tip itself moves from the wand's vibration means it causes much less numbness over multiple orgasms than vibration alone as well as what feels to be deeper stimulation. If you experience any sort of slipping of the attachment on the head of the wand, consider lightly holding it on with a finger or two during the session.

Like all pure silicone, this attachment is easy to clean and non porous. Remember to use only water based lubricant with it, as silicone lubricant on silicone toys may erode the surface of your toy! The attachment itself consists of a thin flap of silicone between thicker fingers that hold it upright. When attached to your wand, it causes the flap to move back and forth. While no toy can perfectly imitate oral sex, this attachment works well to stimulate your clitoris and your inner labia at the same time as well as being decent at nipple play. As with most wand attachments, it transfers the vibration of the wand into more physical back and forth movement that causes less genital numbing over a long session.

Not Doing It For Me
I'm just not getting the whole 'gestalt' over the Magic Wand in general, which just isn't magic for me. I've tried, believe you me. But somehow a vibrating tennis ball or vibrating potato, which is what the Magic Wand feels like to me, doesn't get to the *very specific* spot I need in just the way I need. I purchased this attachment hoping it would solve that problem, but for me it did not. I'm sad; I really want to love the Magic Wand because of all the great reviews, but every time I try and use it I get frustrated and give up. IF you can get your needs met by a Magic Wand in general, then this attachment would likely be a welcome addition.

Feels lovely BUT less than a month after we started using it regularly it loosened up enough to start moving around the head as the wand is vibrating. (It spins, basically, and makes proper use awkward when it's the two of us and near impossible when I play solo.) I do adore how it feels so I'd buy a new one if the price was reasonable but knowing how fast this one got useless I just can't justify the expense.
