These wipes remove dirt but not all sunscreen

This review is for: WaterWipes Plastic-Free, Rinse-Free, XL Bathing Wipes, 99.9% Water Based Wipes, Unscented & Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, 192 Count (12 packs), Packaging May Vary These wipes are huge! They are much bigger than I expected. I went hiking in shorts on a hot day and put on sunscreen before I started. I was out most of the day. When I got home, I tried wiping down my legs and arms with these wipes. They took off a decent layer of dirt and some of the sunscreen, although there was also sunscreen left behind. They did a pretty good job overall. I like that they don't have much in them and are unscented. I'll continue using these for hiking/camping when I don't have access to a shower.

Great product

Great product but definitely pricey. I attached a picture, so you can see what size XL is. I love that they're only two ingredients-water and grapefruit seed extract, although it does say contains traces of benzalkonium chloride. I love that it contains no artificial fragrance, parabens, sulfates, or plastic. And it is made in Ireland. I'll use these for a variety of uses-diapering, face washing after eating, traveling, etc. I like the larger size. The package says to use within two weeks once the package is opened so they don't dry out, but there's 16 in each package, so that wouldn't be difficult to do. They actually "expire" 2/25, so they are good for awhile without being opened.

They did their job!

They felt moist and seem very hydrating but they seem off a little as in smell. The smell isn't too noticeable but I tend to dislike smells a lot in baby products. However the wipes did the job. They cleaned my baby well and no irritation has been caused from using them. The wipes are really moist which helps with not having to use multiples to clean the baby up. They are a nice size as well. The wipes are almost all water which I thought was really neat.

Great for after meal

If I’m being totally honest I don’t love the standard water wipes because they’re pricey and dont have texture so I wasn’t expecting much from these XL wipes. I am happy to say they surprised me! The bigger size, almost double a normal wipe, is awesome for after a messy meal on the go or an ice cream! The wipes are textured which is my preference as they get the job done better. Like standard water wipes the ingredients are super minimal and there is no scent. I’m very comfortable using these on my toddlers face and hands and would also use for diaper changes. The packs are slim so they’re perfect for a purse, diaper bag or car. These are not an essential item as you could use a a couple standard wipes and get the job done however it’s nice to have options and I’ve been happy having this slim packet of XL wipes in my car for on the go messes!

Love, Love, Love These! Very Versatile

These are perfection! I'm scent sensitive and appreciate these are fragrance free and don't irritate my skin. And this version of WaterWipes is thick enough they don't fall apart and large enough to fold, use, fold the other direction, use, flip to the other side, etc. I use these to wash my face at night and wipe down my body before going to bed. Love how soft they are. My elderly mom uses these to wash her hands before eating. She's at the age where standing at the sink can be difficult for her so unless she's already in the bathroom, she'd rather use these to clean her hands. We both like that there's a smaller amount in each pack than in some other brands because this ensures there is plenty of moisture from the first to the last wipe. If there's too many wipes in a pack, they can begin to dry a bit before we use them all. Easy 5 stars from me and my mom. Excellent wipes and packaging. Update: I have discovered these also make great cloths for washing our animals' bowls. So now, after I've used them to wipe down, I rinse it with hot water, wring it, and put in a plastic cup. Then every evening, I scrub our animals' bowls with hot soapy water using the wipe instead of a paper towel. It gets tossed in the trash after that. I love getting double-duty from each wipe.

Great smaller packs of wipes for on the go.

We camp a lot in the summer and these are the perfect solution to getting a bit cleaned up between showers. The wipes themselves large in size and pretty thick that you actually do feel cleaner after using them. There is no strong odor, just basically a wet rag that you can use and toss out. This case of wipes will last a long time. I love that they are smaller individual packages of wipes because I have found that even if you think you have them sealed up, they will still dry out pretty quickly once opened. I keep one package in my tackle box for when you need a good hand cleaning in the boat and another in my glove box in case my kids are sticky and need to clean their hands well. Overall, this a great choice for wet wipes due to the size, no added chemicals and the smaller compact packages.
