Beautiful lights, in style, at a great price

I really love these light fixtures! We are preparing to sell our house, and we were looking to update some of our more outdated lights. The farmhouse style barn lights are definitely in style right now, but can also be very expensive. We wanted to try to find a barn light that wasn't too "country" or "industrial" as our house doesn't fit either of those styles. We needed it to blend in with our current style while still giving our bedroom and bathroom a more updated look. The single lights were used in our toilet room in the bathroom, as well as on either side of the bed. I also bought the matching 3-light fixture to go above our mirror at the bathroom sink. They all look great together and help tie together the flow of the room as a whole. We bought the edison bulbs to go in them, and they look fantastic. The lights are bright, and since they're pointed downwards (not like our old fixtures) the light seems brighter as it's more focused and directed down. They were easy to install, no issues at all. My only complaint is that the inside of the light can is so stark white. It stands out a lot, especially when the lights are higher, for example, the lights mounted above our bathroom mirror. When you look up, it's just this stark white contrast to the oil-rubbed bronze, which is also what our bathroom faucet and other fixtures are. I wish the interior was also oil-rubbed bronze, or something more subtle to the bright white. Other than that, I'm really happy with these fixtures.

Easy bathroom update! Instant makeover!

These fit perfectly with our eclectic farmhouse/industrial makeover. It was the best value in my price range. I almost purchased a schoolhouse style light but went with this one because I wanted to use Edison style bulbs and this fixture allows for those to be exposed. It goes with many styles and I thought it would be a good style choice that many buyers would appreciate when decide to resell our home. It was easy for my husband to install in both baths. One challenge he had was that he had to relocate the junction box a few inches higher due to not having enough clearance to open the adjacent medicine cabinet door but that issue stemmed from our home's existing cabinets, not from the light itself. My husband figured it out in no time and it turned out great!

Easy install, lightweight, great quality

So, this is probably one of the coolest things I’ve bought on amazon and done for myself lol. I love this light fixture, I had a piece of scrap wood and after seeing the other review on here and then seeing the big void left behind from my old light fixture I decided I’d give that a try. I put the two screws into the bracket and then tapped the wood onto it to get an ident of where to drill the holes... then drilled another hole in the middle for the wires to go through, and voila. Mount it, screw the tips on, holds up nice and looks awesome!

Beautiful Addition!

We have started our year long process of getting our house back in order. We decided to go for the modern farmhouse look for our house. We were looking to upgrading our bathroom without breaking the bank. The pictures do not justify how beautiful the light fixture is. One thing we do recommend if your bathroom was well lit before with this type of light fixture it can darken the room a bit because the light only shines down. We went with higher wattage bulb to accommodate that part of the fixture. Yet it looks perfect especially with our modern farmhouse look we are going for.

Great light

The color of the light is not as dark as it seems on the website...it has more goldish bronze color in person (Streaks from the oil rubbed bronze). Overall nice light...only complaint is when I cleaned it , the paper towel sort of scratches material and leaves dust. I guess u have to be careful . Also, one of the shades was a little bent, but it was no big deal so it wasn't noticeable.

Light cascades downward.

We just bought this light for our new farmhouse style bathroom. We really love the look and my husband had an easy time installing it; however, since the light is a shade at the top all the light cascades downward which was an oversight on our part. Unfortunately this will not work in a full bathroom because there is no light in the shower area. I would recommend for a half bath only
