I am not disappointed and will be buying more

We obviously are in the construction process! Took some time to install but I am in no way disappointed. I honestly think the Temperature in the room is more consistent. The look is exactly what we wanted. It really lights up the entire room. You absolutely need to adjust the lights to what works for you. I will be purchasing more.

Amazing design, light sgenerate a little heat.

Love the design. Had to change to led bulbs because the ones that came with the fan are super bright and generate heat.

LOVE these fans!

I bought six of these fans in both colors and sizes in 2010 and love them so much, I ordered two more, one in each color for rooms I had put cheaper fans in back in 2010. I got what I paid for and those cheaper fans now have glitches in both the fan blades and the lights. While these fans are still whisper quiet and awesome 11 years later. Added bonus is that the new lights are LED instead of Halogen!

Nice, but not what we wanted

Purchased this for my living room so I would be able to move the lights to where needed. When we got it, i realized the size was to small, so we placed it in the kitchen. Again, thought the movement of the lights would be great. 1) the lights get VERY hot. So if you dont move them before they warm up, you will get burned. You can feel the heat coming off the lights as well. 2) cast shadows. I have contacted Westinghouse to see about a replacement light fixture since it is harder then I thought to find one with pulls on the side, and I have yet to hear back from them. If the packing and box hadent been thrown away, I would have returned it. The breeze is amazing! You can hear the air movement and it is a relaxing sound.

The lights make the difference

Most ceiling fans have boring lights that don't illuminate all that well. I got this for our bedroom, and the bright lights which can be directed where needed are great to light up closet and dresser areas. It's quiet, and looks beautiful.

Brighten a Den or Playroom

It would be easy to write that this is a great fan for the money, but the truth is it's a great fan for any amount of money. The lines are clean the fit is spot on. Even the instructions are laid out so clearly that even an IdiotYankee can follow them with a minimum of screw ups. The bullet spot lights are a plus. If you are setting up a den and you want to highlight the bookcase or art work or favorite pinup gal this fan with palm style blades and directional spot lights looks great. The only drawback are that the included halogens are 50 watts which provides a supplemental heat source in the cooler months, but here in the South, the heat generated makes a small space feel a little on the extra toasty side.

Provides Quiet Breeze and Hight

Very happy with this fan. In addition to providing a quiet breeze, I arranged the fan lights to highlight tapestries and paintings on the wall. I replaced the my wall light switch with a dimmer switch to adjust fan lights to obtain desired lighting effect.

Beautiful Fan

I really liked the fan, but two different handymen had trouble with installation. The base is a different size than my existing base so it made a loud rattling noise. Would've had to hire an electrician to change base and re-wire. Not worth the trouble. It also comes with a lot of parts to put together. I returned it and purchased a different fan that was already assembled.
