I was disappointed

The glass parts are OK, but the cord from the ceiling fixture to the glass cups is white plastic covered, like an extension cord. I have shopped a LOT for a fixture like this, and most have metal-look cords, to match the rest of the fixture. I sent it back.

Disaster to work with the manufacturer.

UPDATE: after FOUR emails to them, and a message through their website, with no response, I called them. They were a disaster to try to talk to. They could not locate my order, they did not understand the item number (which clearly shows on the instructions, as well as the name above, and in the images)... At this point I would rather buy another unit than try to work through it with them as I have ZERO confidence I will even get the correct part. --- Buyer beware, know that if you need their help you are on your own!--- --- I am completely in love with this fixture. I was worried it might look tacky-- but it does not at all. The day after we hung it.. I was doing laundry and accidentally hit it with a sheet-- the cups hit each other and one cracked. I take full responsibility for that.. but I contacted Warehouse of Tiffany directly twice, with no response. I want to buy a replacement cup-- I am not asking for a hand out, just a response, hoping that I can buy a replacement piece.

Beautilful

This very affordable piece, provides a surprisingly beautiful flare to a room. Installation of the lamp unit itself is easy, but the individual looping of the crystals is difficult. It would be nice if it shipped with those piece already attached. It acually looks nice without them.

Great Price, Beautiful Product

Great Price, Beautiful Product. This chandelier updates and brightens my small kitchen's dining area. But the cups are little small for my hands. It took me several tries to hook the crystals inside the cups. It's best to use a long tweezer to hook these crystal strands..
