Great quality but misaligned screw holes
I was so happy when I opened these and saw the quality of the heavy metal and excellent finish. I bought two. Of the four sides for the two shelves, only one had the screw holes drilled and aligned properly. I tried hard, because I really wanted to keep them, but it was impossible to attach three of the sides. I returned them. I probably should rate them a “1” because they are unusable with the improperly drilled screw holes. But, because of the excellent quality, and because a person could drill the holes slightly larger and go to a hardware store and buy screws and nuts to attach the sides, I am rating them a “3”. I ordered something different that I doubt I will like as well as these. If I don’t, I will reorder these (because they are very nice), and do the hardware store routine if the new ones have the same misaligned hole issue. Had the holes been properly drilled, the rating would have definitely been a “5”.

Works for me
Easy to put together. The many reviews that state the screws are too short may have tried to attach the shelf incorrectly. The shelf sits on top of the brackets not underneath it. I found the screws to be just the right size. It is very easy to make that mistake. I know 'cause I started it out that way. I needed a under cabinet shelf that wasn't over 4" in height. This was perfect for my space. I could have used a couple more inches in width, but this is the only size they make. Happy with my purchase.

Perfect for holding wrapping paper rolls
Exactly what I wanted it for... to keep wrapping paper rolls off the shelf and from getting crushed. Highly recommend!

Thought it was bad hardware, it was just my bad brain
So I wanted to write this review because at first I thought I received incorrect hardware like others have complained about in the reviews. I spent ten minutes trying to assemble this shelf, and it was extremely frustrating. When all hope was lost, I finally came to my husband and asked him to take a look. I explained that others had trouble because of incorrect hardware and he might have to go out and buy new screws. I sh*t you not, he simply placed the flat piece ABOVE the bottom of the hanging pieces and the screws fit perfectly, and I assembled it in minutes. So if you think it's a hardware issue, please go back and play around with the pieces a bit more. It just might work.

Well built, clean aesthetics
Great line of products. I bought it for the solid bottom and clean look for home office. 4 stars not 5. Hanging shelf is only 4.7" high while other wire baskets are 5.5" high. The 3/4" difference limited what office supplies I can store. So the shelf is banish to the kitchen.

Greatest invention ever!
Easy to assemble (but I did read the reviews ahead of time about the shelf going INSIDE the brackets. Slid onto our shelf easily. I actually bought this to add another layer of space inside our cupboard, rather than below, and it worked perfectly!

Great Buy, I'll Be Buying More
This is worth the price! It's modern and stylish, sturdy, and easy to put together. Fits snuggly against the shelf, so it's easy to put things below it. I'll probably order more things from this brand. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it. P.S. I used this in my pantry that has built in wooden shelves (about 3/4" thick).

Strong, stylish, practical
Fairly obsessed with everything Yamazaki that can buy me back some surface space This holds the pile of papers that plagues my kitchen counter but it could hold any variety of stuff nicely. The powder coating is smooth and the construction is precise.

Nice and sturdy.
The shelf is metal and good quality. You need to assemble it when it comes buy easy to do. It comes with extra screws as well. I put my cutting boards on it. As mentioned in other comments, make sure there is enough of a gap between the door when it is closed.

Nice shelf. Holes don't line up
This is a kit, with the shelf and the brackets folded flat for shipping. Looks easy enough - 1 shelf, 2 brackets, 4 screws. But the holes in the shelf do not line up with the tapped holes in the brackets. I had to drill and ream the shelf holes to make them bigger which really detracts from the quality of the product. Has the potential to be a nice shelf, though.

A bit pricey, but great functionality.
I used this to add some storage for my desk, to keep papers underneath and off the top of my desk. It works quite well, but it's a bit pricey. I was able to get one "used - like new' and it was a bit more worth the price, but even then still a bit overpriced.
