Not razor blade resistant
Beware of razor bladed box cutters. Not fully puncture resistant either- I’m glad I wasn’t wearing them when I conducted a scissors poke test. Fit is accurate.

THESE GLOVES SAVED MY FINGER!
I don't usually write reviews on products, probably because none have had such an impact on my life as this one. This pair of gloves saved my pinky finger on my right hand. I originally purchased them because I had to cut down an Oak Tree with probably 30-40 cords of wood that had to be cut up and split. I researched cut resistant gloves on Amazon and came upon these gloves. I am no stranger to gloves and was originally underwhelmed with this pair. I thought they lacked some things, such as real tactile grip. I realize now that this was probably because they were brand new and needed to be scuffed up a little. The situation came when they saved my finger was not when I was using a chainsaw or anything having to do with a tree. I also farm, and the disc I use to plow the fields has several 375lb concrete weights attached to it to keep it deep in the ground. Occasionally one of these weights will become dislodged. One of these weights did in fact dislodge and was stuck between the set of discs. I happened to have these pair of gloves on me and decided with a friend we could move the weight and continue on with our plowing of the field. While trying to move the 375lb weight one of the discs moved, rotated the weight and the disc, then lodged my finger between both the disc and weight. I tugged my right hand out quickly and my finger sliced between the weight and the disc and was almost sure that my finger was gone. What was left was a surprise to everyone, especially me. My glove did not have a mark on it. I pulled my glove off and my hand was visibly traumatized. There was a slice in my finger just above the knuckle where it had been pinned between the 375lb weight and the disc, yet there was no slice in the glove, it was completely intact. I believe had it not been for this pair of gloves my pinky finger would have been lost. Instead, I was left with all use of my fingers and I am extremely grateful for this company for not taking any shortcuts and lining 100% of the glove with tear and cut resistant Kevlar. Obviously they are not tear-proof, or cut-proof, nothing is. However, these are definitely cut and tear RESISTANT and they saved my finger. Don't be cheap or too tough, buy a pair.

A go-to for my family
Like the CQR pants I just reviewed, these have been an essential purchase for my family while doing forestry work. We've found them effective in protecting our hands from thorny brush, stopping thorns from getting through like on other gloves. Something extra for me, the extra padding around the rest is vital because it has protected the back of my wrist from repeated pressure while I would depress the guard on a chainsaw. )461's guards are firm and the padding helps from getting a bruise.) One criticism I have is that I have to watch the inside base of my fingers on this glove because if I don't, it is easily to overlook I'm pinching the skin there and at the end of the day, realize it can lead to substantial blisters, which I don't feel are developing. I'll update this review as needed. Thanks for reading!

Work great for barbed wire.
I bought these gloves for working around rusty barbed wire and gaucho wire. I have used these pretty heavily to remove brush and later to remove and roll up the old wire. These gloves have preformed amazingly. After removing and rolling up about 5000' of wire, not a single pricked or cut finger. The outside cover of the gloves had many snags from the sharp wire but nothing penetrated. They stay on the hands well and continue to protect even after over a year of use. I have also used them for chain saw work.

Great for Barbed Wire handling!
Bought two pairs of these for my wife and I to take down barbed wire fencing over 5 acres of our land, including coiling it up for disposal. These worked great! They protected our hands PERFECTLY! Never felt anything from the barbed wire; not one bit. Highly recommend!

Quality general utility glove
I've been known to go through work gloves quite frequently and was looking for something different to try. I found these on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I purchased the medium (per the manufacturer's suggestion) since my hand measured almost 9 inches around the knuckles. The fit is a little snug in the webbing area of my thumb, but work gloves usually loosen up after a few uses. Surprisingly, the index finger is a little too long for my finger, so delicate work may be an issue. However, I love the build of the gloves with the padded knuckles and back of hand. And the palm and fingers are reinforced and have an abrasive finsh that will help with gripping. The only draw back I have so far is that these gloves seem to make my hands sweat a little more than other gloves I've had. I can't comment on durability yet since I've only had them a few days, but I'll try to update as time goes on.

TOUGH GLOVES
The wife works for an arborist and had finally wore out a pair of the same gloves. For all the logs, twigs, branches needing to be moved after cutting, these lasted the longest for her. Nothing would do but get another pair of the exact same glove! Comfortable and saves her hands and fingernails!

Best Gloves I Could Find
I ordered size medium for my small hands with room so they wouldn't be too snug while working. Used them once before using them for my intended chainsaw tasks. I like the adjustable wrist strips with Velcro attachment. My only complaint is the itchy tag on the inside, which I cut out, but part of it still remains in the seam area.

Reminds me of my Motorcycle gloves
I got two left hand gloves in my order and will be getting a replacement, but during the time I tried them on they reminded me of my motorcycle gloves. I'll be using them with my Dremel Motosaw and my Dremel rotary tools, of which most of the internet is against wearing gloves when operating anything that spins and will catch your gloves and entangle your whole hand within. However the gloves are snug fitting and unlike other cut-proof gloves that are woven, the outside of this glove seems to be leather thus I would think it would offer a good protection from a slight brush up against the moot-saw without catching. In addition you are protected by another layer of kevlar. Although I won't be testing the gloves by placing my hand directly against any cutting tools, I would wear them as I would wear safety glasses where I won't be sticking my head closer just because I feel safe wearing safety glasses; they are worn for that extra layer of protection just in case. I like the material and at this point in time, I would recommend these gloves if you work with cutting tools.

Gloves can’t handle regular use more for show
I got false advertised to believe I was getting two pair needed a pair of gloves so I didn’t return them used them for work and they just couldn’t hold up despite Kevlar simple sparks grinder still burnt through gloves Kevlar and your getting polyester melting your skin, should’ve bought leather because there ain’t no Kevlar in these gloves and sub stained a good burn. Can’t return them and I can’t use them so I guess I got a pair of gardening gloves.

Worse gloves
Only 5 months! Palm side is open. And middle finger also have a big hole. How could I expect it to cut resist???

Fits like a Glove
This glove is very comfortable to wear. The fingers are flexible therefore, making it easier to work and feel what you are doing. The velcro attachment around the wrist gives it a secure feeling on your hand and wrist. This is much better than wearing Garden gloves.

Very stiff but work well
Was expecting better softer to wear gloves for the price. Do the job and hard wearing but not great value for money overall
