First, the basics. I purchased a "SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology". The size I purchased is a Twin XL. Everything that I read in the description for this Air Mattress is correct. The bed, out of the box, inflated in 5 minutes or less. The bed came very well packed in a box, and while the box had a few impact marks, the bed and the bag that it came packed in were in perfect condition. It also comes with a patch kit with I believe, enough material to patch two holes. The top has a waffled effect and it is "flocked", if that is the correct term. I like both as the "waffle" effect allow my shoulders and head to "sink into" the bed and for my back to get more support. The flocking is almost a skid resistant surface "holds" both blankets and sheets pretty much stay in place and prevents them from sliding around on the bed. The bed also has, when inflated, a kind of a raised bumper all the way around the edges which is very nice as it tells you where you are on the bed if you need to know. The top is supposed to be easy to clean which is a feature I hoped I would never have to us. Of course, that is not the case. On about the fifth night of sleeping on the bed I noticed that there was something on the mattress which turned out to be a piece of pie crust from one of the blankets I was using. The pie crust left an oily mark about two inches square. A little dish soapy water and the oily mark came right off and the mattress looks as good as new. No problem with the flocking coming off either. This is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in many, many years. My wife likes a bed that is almost rock hard which leaves my back and neck without support and aching when I get up in the morning. With this air mattress I can now adjust the bed to just how firm or soft I want it. I keep the bed inflated all the time and, so far, have only had to add air to it about every four to five days ~ 20-30 seconds and the mattress is back just where I like it. While the inflation/deflation fans are somewhat loud, only using them for 20-30 seconds once a week really makes the noise a non-issue. The electric cord for the fans even has a nice storage place built into the mattress to keep it out of the way. I was also concerned about getting hot sleeping on what is really a plastic surface. So far, I have been perfectly comfortable on this mattress. I suspect the flocking helps with that as well. I realize that this mattress is not really supposed to be an every night forever kind of a bed, but I am going to use it like that for as long as I can. I have been sleeping on it for six or seven weeks and have enjoyed it every night. When it wears out, provided it is still available, I will happily purchase another one.

Awesome Air Mattress/Stellar Customer Service
First off I don't think you can really boast & brag about an air mattress, but the SoundAsleep air mattress is fantastic! I bought a queen size and it's perfect. The edges & corners hold good. Air maintains but every so many days you can always top it off. Really good air mattress!! Now to the Customer Service side to their business. I had my air mattress maybe 5 months and the Intake just shorted out. Deflate was good but Inflate just stopped. Emailed SoundAsleep directly on the weekend and called them on Monday. Casey was the person who handled everything flawlessly. Talked about what was going and was knocked off my feet when I saw a I was getting a UPS package later in the week. I mean absolutely top-notch customer service/support. If companies had as amazing customer service as SoundAsleep has, there would be a lot more happy people if things happened with products! Totally impressed SoundAsleep!!

Great Customer Support
We purchased one of these, so I inflated it at home to ensure it worked as expected. It was easy to use and I love the size and that it is higher off the ground than our old air mattress. When we went to use on our first camping trip of the year, the inflate on the pump wouldn't work. We called support and were immediately talking with a very nice person from customer support. She walked us thru some troubleshooting steps but unfortunately we couldn't fix it. So she shipped out a new mattress, ensuring it wouldn't arrive until we were home from our trip!! Sometimes things don't work but this is one of the best customer support experiences in months! I didn't have to wait on hold or try to talk to someone who can't speak English or deal with someone who is rude. She was very kind and considerate! The new mattress arrived the day after we returned, as promised, and works as expected. I hope it works as expected for our next camping trip but I won't hesitate to call support if not. Although I feel confident we won't have any further issues!

Comfortable sleep, good height, GREAT customer service
I'm a relatively tall guy whose body insists on aging, so getting up off the floor gets harder by the day. Your run-of-the-mill inflatable mattress is, what, six inches in height maybe? Unless you're camping, that's purely hateful. Well here we are with this foot-and-a-half tall SoundAsleep mamma jamma, and on occasions when there's a COVID scare in the house and either my wife or I have to isolate in the office, this thing ensures that my knees and back don't scream in the morning when I stand up from a good night's paxlovid-induced slumber. Recently it came to pass that there was a slow leak in the mattress following several uses by myself, my wife, or guests over the previous year. Now, whether it was a manufacturing defect or if I inadvertently inflated this guy over a sea of broken glass, we may never know the cause - but after such frequent use it's hard to call this shoddy craftsmanship. Regardless, after waking up one morning swaddled in a deflated mattress, I sent a note to customer service asking for a recommendation. I thought perhaps there was a way to isolate the leak and, the gods willing, patch it up. Their response was to ship me a brand new mattress! It arrived less than two days later. Pretty incredible. Should I ever figure out a way to patch the old one, you can bet I'm going to stack these things and start sleeping THREE feet off the ground.
