Cute but HUGE price increase

I had my mother-in- law buy this for my daughter as a birthday gift. It was perfect. It’s cuddly, has a nice skin tone and great size. My daughter loved it when she opened it and my 1.5 year old fell in love with it also. We knew we needed a second one so I ordered another one and to my surprise the price increased from around $12 to $40 in a week or less! I really didn’t want to hear my girls fighting over this doll so I did buy it but I think the price increases is quite extreme. I wouldn’t have had my mother-in-law purchase it for $40 as I don’t think it’s worth that amount but the seller got me this time. As for the smell I don’t mind it it’s a light baby powder smell and reminds me of when I was a little kid and how my dolls would smell. My husband on the other hand says it smells bad. Overall cute doll great size for all ages just not worth the huge increase in price.

Cute doll, smell is a bit strong

Great dolls for pretend play and fun for bath time. A few complaints after some time - 1) the fake "baby powder" smell is strong and still hasn't gone away; not necessary, and I wish it wasn't there 2) because the body is soft (btw, it's filled with beads) it takes some time to dry if wet, so the kids can't really play with it around the house after bath time.

Cute Doll

Is a cute baby. My child got one 6 years ago and the new puppy chewed its toes off.... tears ensued. Bought this one, to tear up and replace the legs, well...... my child saw it and said no way. The baby is too cute to hurt it. lol. Kept it.

False advertisement.

Daughter loves this doll but the company false advertise about drying quick and that’s was the only reason we purchased this doll. We literally have to leave it outside in the sun all day to dry for the next day. If you try drying with out leaving it outside in the sun the moisture stays in the doll for about 3 days. Again my daughter loves this doll but the whole point was to be able to take it for bath time and swimming which it does not dry quick.

It smells so weird!!

Cute doll but it smells awful.. like baby powder deodorant. It has aired out almost a week and is still pungent.
