A nice pan, but a bit too light.

I have decided to stay away from All Clad "Essentials." This pan is truly nonstick and easy to clean. But, it is not a very heavy pan, and the lid doesn't stay on tight enough to keep the liquid in the pan from evaporating when baking in the oven. The lighter weight of the "Essentials" pots makes them a cheaper purchase, but not the best one in the long run. No more of them for me.

No Stick-ums

Good nonstick properties, however you MUST use silicone or wood utensils or it WILL SCRATCH…I have been using the nylon utensils before I purchased these pots never paid too much attention until I replaced my old pans. All n all I am happy with my purchase

Great pot - didn’t come with the silicone trivet that was indicated on box and In listing.

Nice pot, lighter weight than I was expecting, which is a good thing. Both the listing and the box indicated that there should have been a silicone trivet in the box but there wasn’t.

Slides around on burner

The bottom of the pan has a very smooth finish on it. This causes the pan to easily move around. You have to hold the pot with one hand while you stir, othwise the pan will slip right off the range. Could just be my range but I've never had a a pan do this. It's quite dangerous.

All-Clad Products are amazing but….

They need to go back to making the huge 5qt sauté pan. This one is also 5qts but it’s a weird shape so there is less flat cooking area. Had to send it back which makes me sad

So far, I like everything about this little roaster. Perfect size for meals for two and easy clean up. A little pricey but standard for this brand.
