Defective and cheaply made

I have been an Amazon customer for over a decade and by far this is the most disappointing experience. The item I've got is an apparent return that somebody tried (and failed) to install. I found a very sloppy wrapped package on my door steps, which contained a partially-assembled towel holder and seven loose screws in the box. Installation requires 16 screws and those few in the package had apparent signs of being previously inserted in the wall and then pulled out. No assembly instruction. Whoever attempted to assemble the unit, apparently did it wrong, or slots did not align in a correct manner, because the unit was crooked and middle bar has very visible print "China" in the front. As to the color, it is not "oiled-rubbed bronze" - it is flat brown, painted and already scratched to the metal in several places. Because I have no desire to disassemble the unit to correct somebody's deficient efforts in putting it together, it goes back to the seller. Very unfortunate, because it might be a nice addition to my bathroom, but for $200 I would expect the seller to have some decency of not re-selling a defective return.
