Great boots but this purchased didn't last

I have to start by saying I'm a long time wearer of Ariats. I wear my boots every day so they don't get a break from my construction to my general home work. I use Huberd's shoe grease every 3 months to protect the leather. Now on to my issue. I usually get 3 years out of these boots that's why I don't mind spending the money for them, but this pair after just 15 months have the sole coming apart which is unusual. Going to purchase again hoping it was just a bad batch with sole adhesion problems. Will do a follow up after I've had them for awhile.

Good looking boot, no toe protection.

First off, I didn't realize this did not have a steel toe or a composite toe. That is my fault for not looking so I cant take any stars for that. Just beware. These are nice looking boots and are fairly comfortable. However, the nose is pretty pointed, almost like a cowboy boot. Which is not what the advertised picture suggested. Also, they are extremely thin. I wear a size 14 and wish that a 14 wide was available when I orderes them. My feet do fit them and surprisingly don't feel terrible, but there's no room whatsoever for adjustment.

My new "go-to" work boot.

Great boot with very little break in time. My only complaint is that the toe box is a bit too roomy for me. It's a shame they don't make a size 12.5 because the 13 is a tad too big but the 12 is definitely too small. I've used the composite toe version of these as work boots (welder/fabricator) for the past year and they are still holding up. The soles still have some tread and none of the stitching on the upper has blown out.

Great boot for the price!

I just bought a pair of these to replace my old pair, which were the same model. I used the originals for 8 or 9 years of weekend ranch work, plus a couple summers of construction work mixed in there as well. I was very satisfied with the comfort of the boot once they worn in, and they obviously lasted about as long as can be expected. You can find cheaper boots out there, but these are worth every penny to me!

love the boot. my Fiance works cattle all day, jumping off 4-wheelers, running around in the dried corrals and walking pens. he has sprained his ankles in cowboy boots so we converted to these. His ankles were able to heal up and these keep them secured. he walks on the sides of his feet and these help that to be less too. love the boot and will likely be buying again when he walks through these.
