Good concept, poor application

TLDR: Not sturdy, bad customer service, don't get unless your dog is fully trained Got this with the hope that I could put my puppy somewhere besides a crate when I couldn't be directly watching over him. Some PROS: It is pretty lightweight and easy to assemble. It'll never fold back up as nicely as it was when you first got it, but it's still relatively transportable. CONS: NOT STURDY. My teething puppy managed to chew through the bottom circle piece, then was able to go underneath the pen and get out anytime he wanted and/or pee directly on the carpet, which of course defeated the purpose of the pen. Secondly, the CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked for a replacement part they said they only replace products for free when they had a manufacturer defect. Okay, fine. I even offered to PAY for a replacement part and they refused and told me to fix it myself... Excuse me? I'm now stuck with a play pen that doesn't serve its purpose, that claims to be made for dogs but evidently wasn't built for one. If your dog doesn't chew, dig, pee, poop, climb, or crawl, or if you can constantly be monitoring your dog, then sure, this pen will do just fine. But if you're shopping for play pens I'm assuming this isn't the case... Save your money!!
