Exactly as described

I was debating if I should order or not, based on the review it had. But the review was for a wrong item received and not the actual product. I read the description and it was exactly what I was looking for. Something that I can use horizontal or vertical and not a slide but something that I can put together. The box was heavy, nicely packed and the plastic protected by a blue film and wrap. Very happy with my purchase.

Product did not match listing

I ordered the 8.5"x11" size and what I received is much smaller. Also, the style of the base does not match the product photos. I specifically chose this product because the base was shown as being different from most other ones. This product was a huge disappointment.
