Not the same quality as 10 years ago.

Put the same pump and 16 gal tank in 10 years ago and still running great. I replaced a neighbor's pump 5 years and bladder went. I called the customer service line and no answer after at least 10 tries on different days at times. Nowhere to order a new bladder not even on their website. I bought new pump and tank; the holes to secure in foundation are now different had to cut and drill a new platform base. Priming is more difficult with fill hole on side instead of top. The placement of factory fittings are different requiring extensive cutting and soldering of my plumbing. The factory tightened fittings leaked; requiring me to take everything off, taping of joints that should have been factory tested and reassembly. A 2 hours project took 8 hours. A plumber would have charged over $1,000 to install due to these time consuming issues.

Much more of a quality pump than the lower priced ones!
