Overall the mug is fine. It's odd that the design has a "strip" of repeated color down the side where the two sides meet but it's overall okay. I've had it for about a year now and the color is faded to the point where it's VERY light. It's not like I left it in the sun or anything, it's just uniformly much lighter all around. Disappointed.

The lid sucks

love the cup itself but the lid to drink hot beverages is very difficult. it is not a normal lid you drink out of it is raised and hard to drink out of. It drips off the top as well

poor quality control

the design is nice BUT the closing lid is defective and doesn't seal correctly so I'm pretty convinced it'll leak if it is filled with water. Bought as a gift and Amazon says 1 to 3 months to ship back out? shenanigans I tell you!

great product.. wrong mug

We love these mugs.. i have a few, but I ordered the horse one for my daughter who loves horses, and we received the moose one.. also very cute but not what I was hoping for. Luckily the moose one was on my list to buy.. so now have to find the horse one.
