hinges fell apart in my hand

got the hinges back together buty not what i was expecting after paying 100 for a toilet seat, the seat itself was great nothing wrong there, and thus far it works as intended. my only gripe is the hinges.

Luxurious cherry seat

Had bought 2 other wood seats that broke, mostly a hinge, poor assembly issue. This is the 3rd (others were different manufactures It is a furniture quality item, beautiful finish. Strong g as well as pretty hinges. In use for 6 months still like new. I am ordering a second one for future use as it has been my experience if you like something, it probably wont be around when a replacement is needed. I may not need a replacement but its comforting to know it's there if I ever need it. Really a solid product.

Color and Finish

If you are seeking a truly natural wood look, this is not for you. As I read in other reviews, it is a very dark down color, almost blackish. (Especially in our small powder room with low light.) . It has a mirror-like finish, also. I bought a deep brown toilet rug, and all works well with my mahogany wood flooring. Also the new oil-rubbed bronze hinges on this toilet seat are much better than what I had before. Low profile hinges. Lights, faucet, toilet fixtures all matching now. The toilet seat feels solid and sturdy, and the plumber had no problem installing with ease. Husband said the seat is very comfortable for him.

Nice and heavy

I have only had this wood toilet seat for a week but my first impressions of it are good. It’s nice and heavy as it should be. The finish is beautiful. I got the cherry and it’s more on the orange side than red but it goes well in my bathroom. In a nutshell it’s wonderful!

Description is not accurate. Quality exceedingly lacking. Actual product not as advertised. Failure.

1st time ordered, returned. 2nd time ordered, never received. 3rd time ordered, returned. 4th time ordered, installed product. 15 days later, product developed a separation in a glued joint in seat (actually 2 seams failed), in process of return. The hinges have inconsistent color / finish and appear to be made VERY un-professionally. This company is maybe the least professional company I have ever purchased from. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this bogus, inept, pathetic excuse for a business again.

Broke in less than a month

This seat cracked, in what I can only imagine is the seam, in less than a month. I couldn’t return it because we didn’t install it until two weeks after we got it.
