Easy to use, but get's warm underneath!
I love the quality and design of this coverup. The only thing that is a struggle is the heat capture underneath. I always end up a hot sweaty mess afterwards!

Great! But Too Much Material
I love this apron and really appreciate the way that the top stays open so I can easily see what’s going on without having to fumble around with the material. Another plus is that at the corners there is a more towel-like material, which comes in handy for spit-ups or drool without having to have a burp cloth also immediately on hand. My only complaint is that there is too much material, so it gets pretty warm for both baby and I. A little less material on the sides and this would be 5 stars for me.

A breastfeeding mom's best friend
I have to admit I first tried to save a few bucks and bought a cheaper nursing cover from one of the big chain stores thinking it would work the same. I could not have been more wrong. After using that cheap nursing cover ONCE I was turned off by it's cheap thin fabric and I felt like I was trying to cover up with a washcloth it was so small. So I gave in and ordered one of these Bebe Au Lait nursing covers hoping the price would be worth it... While you could always sew one of your own (or have a friend who's handy with the sewing machine make you one!) I found the Bebe Au Lait to be well worth the price. I think this fabric is lovely and classy! It's made with much more care and quality than the chain store cheap version I bought first, so I advise against making the same mistake I made. There are just a few baby products I feel are simply worth the extra cost - the Boppy, the Sophie giraffe, etc - and this item has made the list. I especially appreciate the two pockets which are the perfect size for my Lansinoh breast pads and make it so easy to discreetly change pads. The second pocket (since there are two!) I use for my Latch Assist. The pockets are also made of terry cloth to help you wipe up any moisture, a fantastic detail! Yesterday I found I was even able to tighten the strap easily with one hand during a feeding. The curved boning which allows you to see your baby has held up well after being stuffed into the diaper bag for a few weeks now. Finally, the main point with this product is to cover up! The Bebe Au Lait is large enough for me to feel comfortable breastfeeding in almost any setting while still allowing me a view of my baby. I'm all for public breastfeeding and moms have the right to do so, not all moms feel the need to cover up and that's ok with me because breastfeeding is natural and beautiful. But that said, many moms prefer privacy and more personal modesty when it comes to breastfeeding and this nursing cover is such a benefit to us. I'm very pleased with this purchase, this will definitely be one of the first items I think of as a baby shower gift for my friends!

Favorite nursing cover!
I heard a lot of other moms criticize this style of nursing cover, so I didn’t try it at first, but wow I’m glad I did! I wanted a nursing cover that I didn’t have to fuss with, that I could throw on quickly without worrying about openings or zippers or clips or straps etc- and this hits the mark! I pulled this from the package and used it without adjusting a thing. It gives my baby some room and air, unlike the t-shirt style coverings that make both of us feel hot and stuffy. I’ve thrown this in the wash several times and haven’t had any issues with fading/shrinking/etc. and this folds up nicely and can be thrown into our diaper bag!

Cadillac of Nursing Covers
The first time around, my wife tried to use a receiving blanket, or a blanket with a neck loop attached. Needless to say, our baby hated either of these and threw them off. With our second baby, we tried a couple different nursing cover, and ANY real nursing cover is MUCH better because it has lighter, breathable fabric, and more importantly, it has a built in ring that gives it some shape at the top. This makes a window where Mommy can see Baby, Baby can see Mommy, and it keeps Baby from feeling smothered. All good things! The two models we tried were the Bebe au Lait Premium Cotton Nursing Cover and the Udder Covers brand. Our feeling was that you get what you pay for. The Bebe au Lait is definitely better, but to be fair, it costs 2-2.5x as much. Features that make the Bebe au Lait better are that the ring at the top is nicer--more of a rounded D-shape, whereas the Udder Cover one has a flimsy-feeling V-shape one. The fabric is also nicer on the Bebe au Lait: it's smoother/softer, and it's a little bigger, so it provides more coverage if Baby is wiggly. The terry-cloth pockets were never particularly useful as pockets for us, though the blotting was occasionally useful during the frequent spit-up phase. They are, however, nice in that they provide just a little bit of weighting for it. For that reason, I would call the Bebe au Lait nursing cover the Cadillac model. The Udder Cover one is, however, a perfectly serviceable Toyota. (It does even have one advantage: it's smaller. It takes up less space in a diaper bag, and it's even small enough that I can easily stuff it in the pocket of my cargo shorts whereas the Bebe au Lait one is too big and bulky to be comfortable.) My advice is to get a Bebe au Lait If you're going to be using it at all regularly; it is worth the one-time cost to get one as your primary nursing cover. The Udder Cover one makes a great backup to use when you're washing your main one, or if you need to stash a spare somewhere.

Best product available
I am very pleased with Rhys product and even ordered a second one to keep in the diaper bag. This is a very breathable fabric, and I love that it is easy to adjust the necktie. I purchased Rhiannon product mainly because it allows you to keep an eye on the baby while still being covered (while most others are just a blanket that lays flat on the baby). I would 100% recommend this cover.

Pretty good but not perfect.
Like most breastfeeding covers it’s tricky to get baby latched and comfortable whilst keeping in place and maintaining modesty. However, unlike my last one which was more like an over the head tent, once positioned it’s more comfortable, cooler to wear on a hot day and I like the fact that you can easily see baby while they're feeding with the hoop feature around your neck. Overall I would recommend but it’s not perfect. Also can blow up if your not careful outside and you have to position yourself so people can’t see in through the top.

Overall, very happy, just 1 niggle
Overall a very good purchase, and if you're planning on nursing then a nursing cover is a must (on the whole!). The only letdown is that adjusting the neck strap can be a tricky/ tight, especially if you're in a rush with a hungry baby and just need a little bit more give in the space (I seemed to adjust it a lot on flights with my little one, probably because of constantly re positioning for both of us to get comfy).

Not convenient to use
The item came in not a brand new condition. The package was opened. The apron itself is not easy to use- the visibility of baby is bad, need to constantly hold the material with one hand. Also, in summer baby gets very hot inside it, do not recommend

Love this perfect for breastfeeding in public
Love this! Perfect for when out and about and need to breastfeed, love the fact that the design allows you to look at what your baby is doing and for them to see your face while feeding. Love the pattern on this one in particular always get good comments about it. Perfect for avoiding showing nipple when baby is latching on/off. Can get a little hot if in a heated indoor area so make sure you're not in a overheated place.

Lovely
What a brilliant purchase. Lovely design, light and comfortable. Fits great and it's nice to be able to see baby while he's feeding due to the wired neckline. Baby doesn't get too warm and we are both comfortable and suitably covered (not that i am bothered about breastfeeding in public as much as other people, feel like I'm putting on a show sometimes - My Mum calls my cover my 'Punch & Judy' cover! Tickles her!)
