Buyer beware

If I had to do it over again, I would not have bought this item. Was easy to assemble, especially since parts were missing and bolts/holes did not line up on all items. Luckily, the wood base is attached in three areas, so the fourth is not an issue. Also, the hooks come with holes to secure them onto the wood, but there are no wood screws nor holes in the wood to secure them. Poor craftsmanship. I would return it, but its not worth it. It will serve it's purpose for the 3 years I will need it. Will not purchase items from this company/manufacturer in the future.
