It WORKS
Purchased to use on crackers. Worked perfectly. Proper depth perforations kept the crackers from bubbling. We tried some of the other products that were mostly for pizza (though some said crackers) but this is the only one that worked, and worked well.

Easy to use!
Cutting crackers with this roller is so quick! Much easier than using a pizza cutter and then going back to poke holes with a fork. :)

Very high quality and easy to clean
Cuts very nice without having to press too hard. A protective feature of the roller will pop out if you press too hard and will prevent the cutter from breaking. They also come with a recipe booklet. I bought the purple cracker and orange grissini rollers. I've used both and super happy with the quality.

Works well
The product works as advertised, but I do not like the feel of the plastic handle. It’s not cheaply made but the handle design doesn’t make sense to me.

Flimsy and does not cut the dough
The rolling wheel is attached to the handle in a very loose manner that when it is rolled over the dough to make the cuts, the wheel slips out of the track and all is lost. Returned it after one attempt. Cut your dough with a pizza cutter and roll it between your palms to make the grissinni sticks.

Perfect for sourdough crackers
I haven't made Christmas cookies since I purchased in April, but I plan too. It's perfect for my sourdough crackers!

Not worth buying
When applying pressure to the dough, the thing falls apart.

Just okay
Does not separate the sticks while cutting. Have to pull them apart by hand. Then they fall apart.

Not very sturdy
I am not happy with this roller. It is very flimsy. The instruction says 'apply pressure when rolling', but the result is the roller falling apart with little impact to the thin dough. It is completely useless if used on the seed crackers. Feels more like a toy than a cooking accessory. Don't buy
