I've tried a few items in the Beyond Glow Botanical Skin Care line, and most of them, including this Cleansing Oil for All Skin Types, do contain Triticum Vulgare wheat sprout extract. According to some online sources, "Triticum Vulgare germ oil (derived from wheat) and Hordeum vulgare extract (derived from barley) are two examples of gluten ingredients that might evade detection. If you're sensitive to gluten, you should be using gluten-free cosmetics and toiletries." Ultimately, there is mixed information regarding wheat germ and its suitability. But if I were remotely sensitive to it, I would likely avoid it just in case. Having noted the concern above, the 2-in-1 Cleansing Oil is a good first step in a double-cleanse routine. I would not use this as my only cleanser. As with most oil washes, you take a pump of this and massage it onto a dry face, not wet. Wetting it first will cause it to emulsify, which you want to do after you've broken down your makeup and SPF. Gently rub your face for ~30 seconds and rinse with warm water. You'll notice the cleanser turn milky with immediate contact with water. The oil cleanser comes off easily, but you can use a washcloth if you want to. Then follow up with your regular cleanser and the rest of your usual skincare. Oil cleansers are great because they disrupt the stubborn layers of makeup, SPF, dead skin, and sebum. It isn't irritating or drying. I have mature, combination, acne-prone, sensitive skin. It can be used AM or PM, but honestly, I'd stick to just using it in the PM unless you have severely dry skin and want something you can use that is non-drying to cleanse with in the AM too. Short of the unnecessary added fragrance, which isn't overpowering or bothersome enough with a rinse-off product to reject the use of this, and the questionable suitability of wheat germ for those with sensitivities, I think this is a good, inexpensive (~$25 for 5oz), suitable for most, oil cleanser.
