The good, the bad and the ugly.
Ok so this is an old fashioned type toaster and it toast like it. But I love it. It doesn’t toast evenly so there is always one corner a bit toastier than the others. However, I love how this toasts my bread. Toasted on the outside with a little soft in the center. I love that it leaves lines on the toast and I love that I don’t have to set it on high to get it to toast. I’ve had this for a couple of months so I can’t speak for it’s lasting power but it’s worked fine for me. I’m happy with my purchase. ????

Great Reliable Toaster
This is a very good toaster. It is the second one I have purchased in this very cheerful red color. My first one lasted quite a few years & always toasted well. A very good product for a very good price. I definitely recommend this model Black & Decker toaster.

Love the color!
We got this because we were replacing some small appliances and wanted red. The type of bread I toast in the morning doesn't get toasty at a 6, but is almost too toasted at 7. I'm getting used to it, but find it interesting that it has to be turned up so high and that there's such a difference between a 6 and a 7! It does look very nice in the kitchen, just realize you'll need to play around with the dial to find your toast preference.

It works: I like it; and it's red
Makes lovelygolden brown toast, that comes up hot and crisp. Once you determine your preferred setting, the quality is consistent. Then cancel button is a great feature, as are the frozen and bagel settings. The exterior stays cool. The toast pops high enough to grab easily with tongs (or fingers, but that will cause burns!). it is reasonably priced. And red makes me feel energetic and happy, so fixing my morning toast puts me in a good mood.
