Really fun for 4-5 year old and up.
Bought for a 3 year old. We could have waited until our little guy turned 4 or 5 for this. But it is really fun to put together the shapes. He still really needs a lot of help at this age trying to replicate what he sees on the box (monsters). I also vacuum up tiny pieces of this all the time. But there are so many so no loss at all. You might get a plastic tub from the dollar store and dump it all in there. I cut some of the pictures off the box and threw them in there so we would have some ideas. Overall fun, uses imagination, manual dexterity, and it's not going to make you feel like cursing when you step on a piece or vacuum one up in your vacuum!

Great toy for mechanically inclined kids!
I bought this for my 4 year old in 2016. He loves Legos and is able to work advanced sets completely on his own so I thought he would love them. He played with them for a bit and lost interest. He discovered them again today at 5.5 and now loves them. He can put them together on his own and has no trouble following the diagram. He did use a toothpick to help put some of the pieces into smaller holes. He has played with them for hours on this sick day home from school. I’m ordering another set right now. I would say if you have a mechanically inclined kid they will love them and have no problems putting them together.

Lots of fun and very durable.
We have several of these sets and this is one of our favorites! We have had our set for several years and it has held up well to lots of play. We recently ordered a set for our nephew since ours has been so well loved!

Great toy for kids and adults that like to build and get creative. You have to push out the foam pieces that are precut, but it is confusing on what parts you are suppose to save and which ones you are suppose throw away.

Great use of Imagination
My 5 year old son received this as a Christmas present. He loved that he can build freely or there is a book that also has some ideas with directions. There are tons of pieces and easily can have 3-4 people playing and everyone enjoying this toy. Imagination is unlimited with how the pieces go together, it's really all up to the builder which I love!

These are the most fun!!!! Love these kits, my son had so much fun building them and then creating his own. My little guy is a huge lego guy and I thought he might be bored, not the case here, he loves them!!!
