Very Interesting Item
I really did not believe a rub on band-aid could really prevent blisters. However, I bought this anti blister balm and was very surprised that with only this product put on to the heel area of both my feet and then my boot socks I did not get blisters on my heels after a full day of walking around a museum and the associated grounds. I even tried a thin pair of socks with this product on a different day of walking and again no blisters. I always had to use very large band-aids on each heel along with the boot socks and occasionally I still would get blisters on both heels. This is an amazing product that I am taking on my three week vacation next month where I plan to do a lot of walking around with these boots because I will be in Iceland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. That will be the true test of this product. By the way, as a side note the boots I am talking about are not new ones that need breaking in. I have had them for over 7 years and wear them a lot on my various vacations to Europe because they are also water proof and are great when doing a lot of walking outdoors in rainy weather.

Great if your working long hours!
My boyfriend works long factory hours so he struggles alot with friction blisters. This product has helped him sooooo much!! It was definitely a bit smaller then we had imagined it was going to be so be mindful of that but for as well as it works it is definitely worth the money. His blister were gone in about 2 weeks and he hasn't struggled with them since!

Works Great!
This product should be classified as a miracle product! I always get blisters walking a lot no matter what I do, until I found this! Put some on before spending hours walking around NOLA and no blisters!! I can’t say enough good things about this product and it’s small enough to fit into a purse if you need to reapply which I didn’t after hours!

This product is amazing! It works!!
I had a very painful blister on my foot for several weeks and nothing worked to make it better, so I tried body glide based on reviews. A few days later, the blister is 1000% better and the pain is almost gone! This product indeed works!!

Amazing!

WORKED FOR ALL DAY AT DISNEY
Was a bit skeptical at first because how can a roll on protect my foot?? BUT LET ME TELL YOU! I put it on early in the morning as the directions said so it can build a barrier. As many times as I’ve been and all the different shoes I’ve ever worn to Disney this was the only time I left the park that night high stepping ready to go another 12hrs!! I don’t know how, but this stuff works haha! (I had on Nike Vapor Max for reference. I wore the exact same shoes to Disney a year ago and left with a blister)

It actually works
I've suffered from blisters on one toe for over 20 years. I've tried recommendations from two podiatrists but, until now, the best I could find was to use smooth, thin plasters on that toe and the one next to it. That didn't cure the problem but did reduce the size of the blisters. I saw the reviews of this Body Glide Foot balm so tried it. It worked on two local 11 mile walks so I then relied on it for a week walking in the Pennines - absolutely no blisters despite still having some of the hard, rough skin from the previous blisters. I've now been able to file down most of the hard skin from the old blisters and don't get any more as long as I use this.It's totally non-greasy so doesn't rub off on my socks and does lat all day.

Does exactly what it says it does.
During my working day I can walk up too 10 Miles, I was suffering from friction blisters mainly on my toes, tried most tips, tricks and products out there and ended up spending each morning covering my toes with plasters, I seen this product and thought why not tried everything else, I must say I am well impressed with it, from day one it worked, 5 days on and no blisters, no pain, no need for plasters, I combined it’s use with runners double layered socks. Put on a generous amount. If there’s a bad point it’s the price for the tiny stick.

Highly recommended
I've been hiking for the past 7 years, and was yet to fine a solution to my blisters, until now! I've tried taping, new boots, blister plasters and other "tricks" but to no avail. I've just returned from a week in the Welsh mountains, hiking every day and not a single blister. Before setting out I would apply a generous coat on blister hotspots, put my boats on and hike all day! It may be a bit pricey, but it is worth it!
