Don’t know the fault

Received and decided to immediately return within two minutes. The box was glued shut on all four sides, as if someone opened and returned, or does Buffalo Games do this? I unsealed the extensive glue, puzzle is not in a sealed bag, but loose in the box. Glue also ripped away anything written on the sides of the box. Again I question if this is how Buffalo Games ships their packages? The website description appears to be a beautiful picture, but I can not comment on this, I will never know. Also the pieces are very thin, not something I’m accustomed to. I will stick with White Mountain and Ravensburger, pricier but worth it if this is what a less expensive puzzle is like. UPDATE: I decided to keep this puzzle for two reasons. 1) I love the picture 2) I was without a puzzle to work on and didn’t want to wait on another order. I changed my rating to five stars. The completed puzzle is beautiful and there were no missing pieces. Putting together the puzzle posed some challenges as a number of pieces appeared to fit in a particular spot, to find out it didn’t belong. I liked the challenge, some people may not. The pieces were not as thin as I first thought. I’m still not fond of the packaging, but I will continue to purchase Buffalo Games Puzzles. There are other pictures I am interested in working on.

Love the Buffalo puzzles. This one is SO attractive which makes it even more fun. Well....I’m in week 3 and figuring I’ll have it done by Labor Day...(but still fun) ????

Extremely frustrating

This is the most frustrating puzzle I’ve ever worked on. There have been literally dozens of pieces that fit perfectly into it on three sides only to find out that no piece will fit into that one on the fourth side along with it’s own other sides. Then you have to go find the correct piece, often another piece that was also put into the wrong place. If this happened just a few times that would maybe be okay, but my wife and I have been working on it, not steadily but daily, for over two weeks so far, and that’s not much fun.
