Wrong size shipped
I ordered a size 16 and got a size 20 instead. My son loves the look of them but they are way to big unfortunately. I don’t know how you can mess up and ship the wrong size.

I try to do Prime Wardrobe for my son when he needs school clothes. He HATES to go out shopping for clothes & to try clothes on. With PW he can try everything on at once, instead of trying one thing on every day; plus he can easily compare the different brands/types instead of trying to remember from a week or however long ago. He’s also hard to fit. He’s short & stalky & will most likely always be that way. Whenever he has a growth spurt, he usually gets wider before he gets taller. So I end up buying him all different kinds of sizes — sometimes a smaller size in husky, or a bigger size in slim. Right now he’s especially hard to fit bc his waist is a bigger size than his legs & he likes a straight leg (not baggy, but not skinny either). And comfort is very important. This pair of Calvin Klein jeans is amazing. They’re sturdy without being stiff; soft without feeling like “fake” jeans (like knit cotton or yoga pants made to look like jeans). And they are (surprisingly) the perfect fit!! Of course the hem needs to be taken up (or rolled), but that’s a given for us. The legs are beautiful. They are just slim enough to be perfectly straight legged without tapering or being baggy. The waist *is* a tad bit tighter than I’d like, but considering how “off size” my son is, we aren’t going to get a better fit than this unless his jeans were tailor-made for him. I can’t comment on washing/longevity since we just got them, but they seem like they’ll do fine. I rarely have incidents with laundering my kids’ clothes (knock on wood — now that I’ve said it doesn’t happen, it’ll happen with a vengeance). And these are much more … substantial? than other pairs he has that have worn well & remained in tact (through weekly wash/wear). There are only two cons. First is the label on the back of the waistband. It’s full black with the brand name embossed in; it just looks … weird, & out of place. It’s also quite large & stiff. I already know I’m going to have to remove it. It’s really not *that* big of a deal to us, but if you like to have that brand tag you might not like this one. Then again, you might think it looks great ????????♀️. Second is the price. I can’t remember if I got them on sale or not, but they were the most expensive item in the box. I could get two, almost three (2.66 if you want to get technical), pairs of Children’s Place jeans for the price of this one pair. So I’m torn between having two pairs of perfectly sized jeans & four pairs of “eh” jeans … especially when he’ll outgrow them before he wears them out. If the price were lower, I would be buying every available color right now. But I’m writing a review instead …… (the height/weight on the profile are mine, not my kid’s)
