There’s no product that exists that will give you a six pack after a couple uses(sadly), but ab wheels are a good way to start building them up. Got this one cause it was cheaper than others, and it gets the job done

What can you say - it's two plastic wheels with a metal bar and some plastic handles. It does what it is supposed to do and doesn't cost much. I can tell you this - I'm not a guy who enjoys spending time working out and I won't waste my time on any other ab exercises because this is by far the most effective ab workout I have ever tried. It takes probably half the time of other exercises and gets twice the results.

It does the job, especially for the price. But you HAVE TO WEAR WORKOUT GLOVES...otherwise your hands will be hurting
