Great product!
Seems well built and sturdy. The one I received looks a bit different from the picture, but I prefer it since it has a flat surface on top and it's easier to wipe it clean. Fits almost any handle. Does not come with the little pieces of Velcro you see on the edges of my pictures. I added those because I use microfiber pads that are longer than the mop head, so I fold them over. It has a little lock where the handle goes that should be removed before inserting handle. For those complaining that it doesn't come with handle and microfiber pad, the description clearly says, "Mop head only!". One reviewer stated that the rivets stick out of the bottom so they would scratch the floor. I don't see how that is even possible if you mop with a pad, not the bare mop head. You really can't beat the price! I use it for work every day and like it so much that I bought one to use at home (can't go back to the cheaply made Bona mops after using this one). I have no complaints about it!

It’s got a screw loose.
One of the best mop heads I’ve ever used. Only problem is that one of the screws comes loose after using for about a month. Fixed with glue and no more issues.

Different
The item I received seems well made. It is however not the same one in the picture. The one I received is a complely flat piece of aluminum with plastic caps on both ends. Also it is not 18" long and does not have "triple riveted Velcro". That being said it will work great for what I bought it for and is a well made product. 5 stars for the product I received but 3 stars for not updating their info when they change a products design/dimensions.

Very good flat mop!
This is my new favorite flat map. I use microfiber cloths on the bottom. Works great. Love the sturdy handle and the metal bottom is sturdy as well. I have a cleaning business and use this everyday!
