Super super cute

My daughter has asked repeatedly for a microwave for her play kitchen. This is so cute, it lights up inside when you press start and the little plate spins while it cooks. It comes with some play food. The one thing I would change is that when the plate comes off the little plate holder, you have to put the plate back on and fit the little groove thing in the center of the plate (similar to in a real microwave) and that’s hard for my 4 year old to do so she needs help a lot. I wish the plate was just attached because she doesn’t know a plate comes out of the microwave so it makes it no more realistic for her, just more difficult to use if the plate comes off the thing

Very Realistic Microwave Oven!

My 6-year old has a very nice kitchen playset, though she's always been disappointed that the included microwave wasn't very realistic. We bought her this one for Christmas, and she couldn't be more pleased. The turntable rotates, the interior lights up, and the buttons make sounds...just like a real microwave. Very realistic and fun to play with!

Kid loves it but could be better

My son with autism was obsessed with our microwave so I got him this one. He loves it but I don’t like how flimsy the rotating plate is inside and also wish it had an actual timer. My son loves counting. Lol. Other than that, it’s great. And it fits perfectly in the ikea play kitchen.

A great toy microwave!

My youngest recently started taking a huge interest in the real microwave, wanting to constantly turn it on and watch it spin. This microwave has been a very good alternative! It lights up, spins and makes noise, making a good replacement for a real one.

Brilliant!!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas to go with her kitchen. Could not get an alternative colour so had to get the grey but it actually really goes with the pink kitchen as there’s other little bits of grey and silver on it so a pink microwave may have actually clashed. Anyway the microwave is great! My daughter loves how it really Goes round and beeps like mummy’s. She was a bit scared at first saying it was too hot too touch! Haha but she realised it’s just pretend. It’s really realistic. It seems sturdy and good value for money. It isn’t too complicated for a 2yr old to function either. Would recommend this to my friends with children.

very realistic

We love this toy and it was a much anticipated christmas gift! very realistic and well made. the only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5..and the ONLY thing I would change...is that the ring and round plastic plate that go on the turntable just like they do in a real one..are very hard to keep in place. with small children it comes off every time because unless you actually "lift up and out" the toy food, it will come right out with it. my 3 year old of course just pulls the "food" out in a sliding motion so it s a bit of a problem having top replace that every time.

Grandson loved it

My grandson loves playing in the kitchen, so this is a great addition to his toy kitchen. I did deduct a star as the plastic plate in the microwave falls out alot.
