Good Quality and weight...

Good Product, Sturdy, Good Weight and a nice pop of color. The only caution or complaint is that it is a bit out of balance. Others have complained of a "wobble" on this item and it is true that when I took it out and put it on my cement cellar floor it had a wobble to it...not perfectly square. But when i put it on my carpeted home gym floor... no wobble, it's fine. So I guess I just put this observation out there for future buyers of this item.

Good entry level box

It is lightweight and solidly built. I am 6'3"ish and 205 and it is stable for me. Good entry level height of 12". This is accessible to most. Also good for more advanced users as you can jump on and off it quickly with little knee bend. Good for working explosiveness where you may not full height but do need to get up an down quickly multiple times like for blocking in volleyball. I also have the 24" box and despite being in fairly good shape, find myself using the 12" more right now. Also nice as the 12" one works with most ceiling heights.

The top of the box was screwed on with a plastic bag covering?!? As if the person assembling it was too lazy to take it off. The only way to fix it is to unscrew 8 screws to get the plastic off. Just laziness and disappointing.

Awesome

I use the plyo box for so much when I'm exercising. I jump up on it, use it for squats and dead lifts. It is really a multifunctional piece of equipment. I highly recommend it. I'm hoping to buy and even taller on in the future

Great box to perform plyo jumps or step ups...or any other form of exercise.
