Great value, but not intuitive.
I love everything about these stopwatches except that there’s no obvious way to turn off the alarms and random beeps. Even the manual isn’t very descriptive on how and when you can turn off the alarm. I am still getting random beeps on the hour even with the alarm seeming to be turned off.

Jury still out
I bought these for my grandkids to time each other as they dive for their toys in our pool. I noted that the 1st word in the description says waterproof, and was leery from other reviews about them not being waterproof. We have only used the red one so far, did NOT submerge it, but it did get splashed. It stopped working after about the 4th grand-kid dove for 30 pieces. All the others still work, but we have not had them by the pool since the 1st one died. To be fair; they function as advertised, they all did come working out of the box, and they do NOT shut off. For a little over $5 each, if the other 5 continue to work, not a bad deal. I can't yes or no on a recommendation, we have only had them about a week. I was going to send them all back, but the kids voted to keep them. I have another 3 weeks before the deadline to return and will update if I DO return them.

They may beep randomly
Out of the 6 I purchased, 2 off these beep randomly daily. Despite literal hours of trying, I have been unsuccessful at stopping them. The instructions are very basic so maybe there is some advanced function not covered that will make these alarms stop? I don't know... They do all work well as stop watches- easy on/off and split functions, but if you have to store them somewhere you will hear them, don't buy these. The beeping is daily and annoying. I store them in my garage so it doesn't bother me but if I had to store them in my house, my review would probably be lower.

Stood Up to a Year of Use and 157 Kids
So I'm writing this review with about a year of experience with this set. I'm a science teacher and these are used in classroom activities to record time. Students enjoy swinging them around by the strings, which occasionally causes them to impact nearby furniture at significant velocities. After a year out of the six, one stopwatch had issues. The LCD screen was damaged/disconnected so only the lower part of the display still functioned. However simply opening it up and LOOSENING a screw (the opposite of what I thought I needed to do) caused the stopwatch to regain full functionality. Oh, in terms of accuracy, after a year the most accurate watch was off by ~51 seconds. The least accurate (that hadn't been tampered with) was in the 2-3 minute range. I had calibrated each stopwatch to US naval time at the beginning of last year, so it's fairly easy to tell how far they had strayed. So if that's a concern (wasn't for me as I mostly ignored the clocks), then there it is. So as I begin year 2, all six stopwatches are still good to go.

Great if they work
I bought a set of these last year, and they worked well. After a year of use, two stopped working, but I was able to open them up and fix them. I just bought another set to replace other aging stop watches. This new set seems to be having problems. One did not work out of the box, and by the end of the first day, two had died. However, two of the dead ones randomly started working again the next day, and another one died. So rather than 6 new watches, I only have 4, though one of them works as long as I hold it right. I am going to try to pull out the batteries and see if I can get them to work. Also, I hate that this manufacturer, like every other stop watch manufacturer, makes the keypress sequence to turn on the alarm so easy for someone to accidentally do. I don't even know what person uses an alarm on a stop watch.

Works great but no way to turn off is an issue
These seem to be accurate and have many useful figures - would have been 5 stars but there is no way I can find to turn these off and the battery compartment is accessed with 3 tiny screws so changing the battery is needlessly difficult. Going back to my last brand which did turn off, uses double A (easier than watch batteries) with a sliding cover for easy changes.

Plastic, but Solid!
Obviously, at this price they are made in China. But the quality is solid. For example, when you shake it, nothing rattles around on the inside. Even the buttons when you press them feel solid. The only nit-picky thing is that there are two "mode" buttons. Why? I don't know. You only really need one, and I keep accidentally hitting the one on the face. But for the price, I can live with it.
