Definitely holds everything in place!

I seem to be in between L and XL sizes in the lighter sports bras because I have a big ribcage (and some fat on my back) but fairly small breasts. I was glad to be able to order a sports bra with a band/cup size, and this fit as expected. (I got the next size up too, and that was definitely too big.) It holds everything in place without bouncing and doesn't feel sweaty. Adjusting the straps was a bit tricky; it has both regular bra straps and a mesh racerback to keep them from slipping off the shoulders. The front fastening is somewhat challenging too, but it's secure. The lower end of the zipper tends to dig in a bit if I'm bending over or slouching but it has a fabric flap over it to help mitigate this.

Most Comfortable Compression Bra

I have tried about 20 different bras after surgery and this one is the most comfortable and quite supportive! I plan on buying several more.
