My dog loves this toy... Literally his favorite

My dog (German Shepherd) loves this ball and will chase it until he drops (seriously). It is made out of a foam like substance that my dog really likes in his mouth (note: sometimes it sticks on one of his teeth and takes him a couple tries to actually drop it). However, we only use it for supervised play as unsupervised, he will destroy it in about 10 minutes (which we let him when it is wearing out)... Even supervised, it will wear out over time... still totally worth it and I'll buy him another when this one is gone...

Yorkiepoo loves it

My dog is 8 pounds, fast and agile. I am none of those things. I like that the cutouts in this ball are shaped the way that it is. It makes it challenging for my dog to get a good grip on it, which gives me an actual chance to get it away from her when we’re playing in the yard. She also hasn’t ripped it - yet. But I also keep an eye on her when she’s playing with it and take it away if she’s been chewing on it too long. This ball goes in a container with the other toys that go “night-night” so she doesn’t decide to play with them in the middle of the night.

This is a fav in our house! Not indestructible.

We love this ball! On our 2nd one in about 6 months. My dog is a total shark and ruins all toys. So we only play with this together - it’s our special “park ball”. We probably use it 1-3 times a week for 30-40mins of structured play & training each time. And then it is put away, so he doesn’t have access to it. He does have some toys he has access to all the time, but this one wouldn’t be tough enough for that lol.

One of 2 of my dogs favourite ball!

Love the Chuck it brand, by far the most durable, and our dogs love them. Great size ball, easy for dogs to grip, so great for catching in their mouths. Very durable. Easily visible. Highly recommend for medium to large dogs who love to chew.

My pup’s favorite toy!!

Literally best toy I’ve bought for my dog. It has also already lasted over 3 months which is a huge win for me with two dogs who pretty much rip everything apart in the first day or two. Slightly fraying at the seems but I’d say that’s durable after several months in.

Not the Most Durable for the Fetch-Obsessed

We replace our dog's Chuck-It fetch kick ball at least once a year...and that's when it's been truly abused after countless rounds of fetch. That being said, it starts showing definite signs of wear and tear after only a few months, and we don't really see him chew on the ball, just carries it around and fetches it. That being said, he absolutely loves this ball, and we love it because we can just kick it, as opposed to having to constantly pick it up (when it's covered in drool) to throw it for him. Would, have, and will, inevitably, buy again.

So fun for the pups

This is our second one, my bully mix loves this ball. Its tough but if you leave them to chew on it they will eventually get it to open it. I recommend this to all my dog owning friends!

My poodle loves this ball!

From the minute we unpacked this ball, my dog (7 year old extremely active miniature poodle) knew it was for her and started to play with it in the house. We got the 6" size. Today we took it to a large field and she had a blast running after it, tackling it (like a good soccer goalie) and bringing it back for me to kick it again. Very well constructed - but my dog is not a chewer. I don't know how it would hold up to a dog that that is a strong and enthusiastic chewer. I'm thinking about who I can buy it for as a gift because it's such a great dog toy.

Fun padded rubber ball.

My French bulldog loves this. She loves to chase football's after we kick them. She doesn't play with small balls at all. I got this as it wouldn't be too hard for us to kick and could still be played with in the house. I wasn't sure on the size so got this so she could pick it up in her mouth. I have tried to take a photo so you can see the size in comparison.

Ripped to pieces

Bought this for our 1 year old border collie as he loves the Chuck it rubber balls (Large) and they survive his play unlike other balls tennis style or otherwise that tend to get peeled. However this was systematically destroyed with the orange woven fabric cover sliced into and the foam contents being masticated very soon after. The only bit that seemed to be sufficiently rugged were the blue plastic / rubbery like pieces of the ball. I would estimate that he had the ball for about 20 minutes prior to us removing it as the orange woven fabric was everywhere and had got stuck around some of his teeth.

Balltester

Hallo zusammen !! Ich bin der Bruno. Von Beruf bin ich freier Balltester. Normalerweise fallen bei meinem Tests die Bälle schon nach 10 Minuten durch. Dann sind Löcher oder abstehende Teile zu sehen. Alles nicht gut. Bei meinem neuesten Test sieht das anders aus. Nach 5 Stunden anstrengenden testen ( siehe Bild von mir ) ist außer den Fäden nichts kaputt ( siehe anderes Bild ). Find ich und meine Familie sehr gut. Die Reden immer von Geld und Kosten (keine Ahnung was das ist ). Vielleicht sollte ich mich bei diesem Hersteller als Balltester bewerben. Alle Bälle die mich überstehen sind dann Bruno geprüft und bekommen dann eine besondere Auszeichung. Dann macht es mal gut.

Not for chewers

I swear by the small chuckit balls as being the only balls our little jug (jack russell/pug) can’t destroy and he loves them. Spent over £20 on this and it has lasted under two hours and he is through it. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Our dog really loves this ball

This large ball is fantastic in so many ways. It is big enough to kick (from a drop kick) and the design allows you to easily grip it and throw. Our dog (20kg Kelpie X) really loves it and will chase it all day if I was prepared to do that!! In fact he l loves it so much that it only really lasts about 3 months as the teeth eventually penetrate the canvas outer skin and then the foam interior will disintegrate. However deterioration typically occurs after about 30 hours of hard use so the ball cost is equivalent to about £1/hr. Some might consider it expensive but I think it serves its purpose and is a value proposition (just) I am on my third ball now.
