Best Fit
I have narrow and long feet with narrow heels. I have tried all kinds of sizes and find it really depends on the shoe as to what size fits best. An 11.5 is too shirt and a 12 is usually a little too long. In this shoe I ordered a 12N, and it is the most comfortable best fitting shoe for me ever! Even though the shoe is a little long, my heel stays in the shoe. Really pleased with this purchase and wish you had more colors to choose from. I would probably buy them all!

Comfy shoes
The delivery arrived before the given date, so it was nice (but I'm not sure why it's still shown as running late on Amazon now? Hmm interesting.) I've worn this new pair for two days and they are pretty good so far. Very comfortable as always, with one exception - the back of the shoes is hurting my feet. This pair is unlike some other Clarks shoes, like the Juliet Palm loafer, which is slightly padded in the back. But I guess with time it will get better, like other regular shoes. I do suggest ordering a size bigger than your normal (Clarks) size. I did this and that's why they fit me. This is also a very cheap pair, so I don't expect them to last very long. That said, I probably would still buy another pair of these, at the same price, if I have a chance.

Unfortunately disappointed
While these shoes were cute and I find Clark’s to be a reliable brand these were just not comfortable at all for any job involving a lot of walking. Very narrow toe area, pinch points on the top band across your feet and even with added purchased insoles they were just not fit for any career involving a high step count. Donated them to thrift store after 2-3 wears

Too tiny and RETURN IS DRIVING ME NUTS!
I don't know what happened as my usual size is 10 W but I could not get my foot into this. It's being returned. AND...!!! This one needs to be returned by Intelcom, apparently, and I've spent 2 days at home waiting for them to arrive to pick it up! After they didn't come the first day I was required to resubmit my info to reschedule. I had no clue it would not be an easy return to Canada Post like usual.
