Warm and comfortable for my son!

My son has used this same brand at 10 and 11 now going on 12. He loves it, keeps him warm and dry in Illinois snow and rain.

So nice!

Love this jacket! It’s nice and warm for my son and it’s a lovely color. I bought it a size up so he’d have even more room to grow and it really doesn’t look extra big on him. He’s average height for a 9 yo and thin. We live in North Carolina so it hasn’t gotten much use but we visit the snowy north so he needed something for those trips. It worked great over Christmas! The only thing I didn’t notice before buying is that this particular style doesn’t have a zipper cover. Not a big deal for NC but it’s definitely a draw back if you live in cold windy places. I definitely expect this coat to last him several years! I would buy again and am regretting that I didn’t get my other 3 this jacket as well.

It's a nice , comfy and not too heavy jacket which can keep the body warm. It's water resistant too,, it fits exactly.

I already knew Columbia was a great company for coats. I ordered these for both my boys(7 and almost 11, got mediums for both but they are nearly the same size.) They look nice, the boys like them and say they are warm, and they are good quality. And this is a great price on them.

Sizing issues

Size medium (10/12) is huge, while small (8) barely fits my son. There should be another size in between. I’m afraid he might outgrow the jacket before spring.

Perfect cold weather teen jacket

My 13yr old loves this jacket. He has a bit of a walk everyday to the bus stop and temps run in the 20°s to 30°s during the winter. It’s warm and not too bulky. The Youth Large was perfect with room to grow. Shipping was fast.
