Decent for the price
I had mine installed by someone else so I can’t speak for that, but it works fairly well. There was a small dent in it, but I’m not really bothered by it and it didn’t seem with it to replace. Volume is ok on low, but definitely kicks up on the other speeds.

Looks good
The vent looks great, I had it installed by professionals. I immediately noticed that the middle position on the speed switch did not work. The installers put a volt meter on it and determined that the switch was faulty. Brand new hood and the medium setting doesn’t work. It’s a shame because it is a good looking hood. It’s relatively quiet on the high and low settings too. Not sure if it would buy again. If the switch worked I would definitely recommend this hood but since I can’t use it on the medium setting I can’t recommend.

Nice looking range hood
I think this is a great product. The power of the motors are not the biggest on the market, but the design really helps the performance. I don’t see any smoke getting away. Also it looks much better than competing products. Finally, the sound is not bad at all even on high setting. One minor suggestion is to change the light bulb color to a warmer color, that would make food more appealing! We like the looking most: the exterior is in silver color and looks stylish. The top wing rotates up when in use, giving us a feel of futurist.

Getting the Job Done
The range hood that came with my house is too weak, at least not for particular Asian household uses. I finally decided to get a new one, and found this that meets the criteria and my liking at a reasonable price. I had a stewing pot, stir frying wok, and boiling soup stockpot all going on at once the other day, level 3 handled it well. All vaporized air just went straight up to the exhaust fans. I strictly keep my stovetop and surroundings clean and oil free. I think this range hood will save me some work from cleaning sticky surfaces.

Great product!
Great product and easy to install. It's average for noise level but excellent for exhaust! We are considering buying another one for our daughter's house.

It was not difficult to install but there are no dimensions at which to install the mounting brackets so you have to do the math. The base of the unit seems solid and of good quality. They are easily bent if you tighten the mounting screws to tight to the wall, then the chimney doesn't sit tight to the wall. The unit has a very modern look.
