Keeps everything Cold

This is my favorite brand of bottles for my water ???? This product keeps everything cold for over 12 hours! Definitely amazing. One draw back is - the water is hard to get out. I have messed with the straw taking it in and out- tightened and loosened the lid to check suction but to no avail. Also I ordered the big one and it’s heavy when full. My own problem but something to consider when ordering. (I put mine in my grandsons infant seat which already weighs a ton and then add that and wow ????) The cup is holding up well even after numerous washes.

Noise

Every time you drink though the mouth piece it makes a loud noise and it’s embarrassing. Sometimes you can get any water to flow through the straw at all.

Awesome, now I need another one

A Contigo with a straw. what more could you want? Maybe a handle. Drinks stay cold and no button to push. Great for my elderly mother if she could just remember to suck, not tilt. ????

Not as good as the previous version

I had several Contigo water bottles that I loved, but seem to have been discontinued. I decided to give this one a try. I like that it holds 24 ounces rather than the 20 ounces my older ones held. This one however doesn't seem to have any way for air to get into the bottle when using the straw to get water out. Unless I loosen the lid each time I wish to drink, the water is severely rationed to just a couple of sips at a time.

I don’t like the straw….

A chute bottle would serve you better. The straw is cumbersome and it can be difficult to drink out of. Good quality stainless. Consider a Corksickle bottle instead.

Beware- Broken & In Pieces, NOT Like New

Buyer beware! Amazon provides little or no quality control on resale items. Like New items are often broken, not like new nor in good working order. I purchased two of these, one New and one Like New. I give the New one 5 stars; the Like New one 0 stars, hence the 3 star rating. I took a chance on the Amazon resale option because the description stated the item was Like New with original packaging. The drinking spout arrived broken and in pieces without a straw, rendering the item completely useless for its intended purpose. Amazon wasted my time with this resale purchase, which could have been avoided with basic quality control. I will no longer trust Amazon resale items. I highly recommend this water bottle, just be sure to purchase a New one.

Disappointed

I had my previous contigo which was a similar model and loved it and used it for over 5yrs and it eventually needed to be replaced. I had this one for a year and there is an issue with the straw and the nozzle which renders the unit in drinkable. Needless to say I’m a little disappointed. For the price point would not recommend.

I wanted to love this…

I bought this for myself as a birthday present because opening my other water bottle would wake up my newborn and required two hands to use. It started leaking after about a month’s use and the straw wouldn’t seal inside and would let air bubbles in when I’d go to use it - to the point that I couldn’t use it anymore. I never put it through the dishwasher, or used hot or cold liquids in it. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Messy

When you click the button to pop up the straw spout, any water that was in the spout flies about a foot. So.. every time you open it, it sprays a little. Or a lot. And the lid is quite hard to get clean. But other than that... keeps water reasonably cool. Haven't tried it with hot drinks because of the cleaning issue.
